The house was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. We didn’t use the grill but one was provided. We did run one load of laundry. Overall very clean and inviting
We did some trial and error on getting the ac/heat to work. Some instructions there would have been great. But we did figure it out so this was minor

Charming, quiet like being at home.
Basement was a tiny bit cold like my basement at home. Haha

The new central air was amazing. It was important for us to stay cool when not at work in the heat of the day. Bed was comfortable with a bathroom off the downstairs bedroom. Had a gas grill which cooked some great steaks. Had board games…very nice. Nice off-street parking.
The downstairs bathroom was small but doable. Deck needed small repair which I fixed and gate was not usable.
