My stay was less than desirable. Stayed here for my child's college graduation. Here are some of the issues that occurred with this location:
1. There was some form of a bait trap on the floor behind a chair, with some form of bait and what looked like droppings in it.
2. Shower had a large pile of dust/drill dust in the corner, but no luck figuring out what was drilled.
3. Shower had mildew stains on the mat in the shower.
4. Bathroom door did not lock at all. Didn't seem to close right either.
5. Dead stinkbug under the desk.
6. Room had a"funky" smell to it when you walked in.
7. Hallway had smell of curry in it.
8. Elevator was vandalized with graffiti scratched into it.
9. Went to go exercise and there were bugs crawling up the door.
10. Room window opened, but no screens in the window, plus the window didn't lock at all.
11. The lobby was dirt with wrappers and torn piece of paper on it.
Didn't leave only because there were no other places available in the area due to graduation.

Great location for access to any event at Penn State. Convenient parking. Clean. Friendly staff. Could use some updating. Wall paper in halls starting to peel back in many places. Just needs some glue. Pillows were terrible. Only got three and they were flat. Door key needed to be reset twice. Felt taken advantage of with a 700 change per night on graduation weekend. Sign in room says maximum charge 599.

This motel qualifies as a dump. Its clean, I'll grant that, but it doesn't look like its been refurbished in 40 years, the bathroom is small and also dated. Breakfast is a joke, a waffle maker and a coffee maker and white bread. I was there during a football weekend at Penn State and boy are these guys overpriced!! Only benefit is that it is close to the University.

Comfortable room, clean, convenient. The room had a funny smell, which we traced to the heater, but it wasn't unbearable. Shower had great water pressure, but tub drained slow.

Overall the stay was fine. I left some items in my room after my stay by accident. Neither the hotel or the general manager returned my phone call to see if they were found. Otherwise the stay was good and the room was quiet.

Average accommodation. Room was clean and provided the basic needs one expects. There was a man sleeping on the floor near the elevator. This was concerning.

The room was neat. The TV was frustrating. No TV guide and a bunch of channels had bad service. The bathroom was so incredibly small and gloomy. We stayed in Room 307. Black mold in the bathroom ceiling and it looked like a blood stain on the ceiling.

Clean and well maintained. Staff were courteous and respectful. Special thanks to Amy at the front desk for helping and taking extra care of the guests.

Perfect location for what we needed. Food options nearby are lacking (iHop, McDonalds, Jersey Mike's). Room was very good. Breakfast is just a waffle maker, but still good.

I was looking a basic clean comfortable and quiet place to stay and this was exactly that. The room had a fridge and a microwave which was great. The included breakfast was pretty minimal but ok and the Ihop was right across the parking lot.

This property really needs to be updated. Fixtures were dirty and old, carpet was worn, just generally looks old and worn down. Considering the price I paid l, I would have expected that the conditions were nicer.

Booked an accessible room got a regular room. My wife has a bad leg and cannot get in a tub. The person at the front desk said they have no accessible rooms but their website has them listed.

We were very happy with the location and the room/bathroom size. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the old carpeting. Would be great if the flooring would be changed to luxury vinyl flooring.
We plan to revisit the hotel bc the positives definitely outweigh the flooring. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The property was horrible. Got to the hotel and didn’t have the space or couch represented in the pictures. Room smelled HORRIBLE with significant smoke residue from prior visitors. Staff said they would switch our room without a problem. In the time staff member returned - the hotel was ‘fully occupied’? The did ‘allow’ us to rent a cot free of charge saving an additional $10 fare. We paid well over $500 per night for two (2) nights totaling just over $1300 (plus fees and taxes) for the weekend. Stay was so bad, we decided to leave after night number one (1) and drive the six hours home. Fully understand supply and demand of 110K coming to the area. Your property was our last resort and a decision we will NEVER MAKE again.

Convenient and good price close to campus. Wish doors in back were not open to public to sit in breakfast area and only a can enter if you have a key and staying at hotel.
