The beds/pillows are always amazing at Holiday Inn Express! I will say this hotel is dated and could you some refurbishing. The doors slam EXTREMELY loud, which can be frightening in the middle of the night :) All in all, a pleasant stay.

Not very pleased that I only booked room for the Mountain View. And was told when arrived I didn’t book a Mountain View. Even though I showed proof what I had booked. And was given a quarry view. Was told I made the mistake of booking through a third party it was not there problem I didn’t get what I wanted.

Wonderful hotel. The only downside was the shower was dirty and had hair left. The manager assured me this would not happen again. I would stay here again.

We were in town for a cheer competition in Seiverville. The hotel was in a great location to get to the Convention center quickly. Room was set up really neat with the separation between the two beds. This allowed for the girls to be able to get ready without being in anyone's way. Everything was very clean and beautiful. Parking was convenient especially since our room was on the second floor and the back parking lot was level with the rooms. Breakfast was great each morning. We will definitely be staying here again for future competitions.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great! Beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. Hotel was convenient to all attractions yet away from it all and quiet.

The room had 2 queen beds. The beds were separated by the shower. It actually blocks the sound somewhat between the 2 tv’s. The room had a Keurig, but there was good coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby so it did not get used. Staff very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Although I didnt get to use it they have patio areas on the rooms. Also there is a door in the 2nd bedroom that led outdoors. We were on the ground floor and it didnt bother us but may be a negative for others. I love the double room set up which allows privacy and not having to share a TV. The only issue is there was no door to shut for 2nd bedroom. The hotel was very clean and has the best water pressure I've ever experienced in a hotel! Friendly and professional staffing. Breakfast was delicious with options.

The rooms with 2 queen beds are separated by the bathroom. It’s like 2 separate rooms. Each room has a tv. Breakfast was really good.

Excellent property in a great location. The Dickson between the two beds, with two separate televisions provided privacy. Staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and enough to get us through the day without stopping to eat until dinner.

Front desk clerks were great. The breakfast was pk. Ran out of items the last hour. There were sone kids running in hallway very early which woke up the peopke slerping in bed closest to our room door.

Holiday Inn went above and beyond to give us the room we reserved. Hotels.com screwed up reservation. We reserved an accessible room with balcony and view. We got neither. Hotels.com reserved room for us but they don’t bother relaying the info to the actual hotel. After some frustration being on hold with hotels.com forever without ever talking to anyone, The lady at front desk understood and finally moved us to room we reserved. Thank you Holiday Inn! No “Thank You” to you hotels.com

Mattress needs to be replaced, didn’t support a good nights sleep( stayed 5nights) , couldn’t wait to check out so I could go home for a good night sleep.

Our room had bugs in it and when we called the front desk they were aware that the room had had bugs and knew that was probably why we were calling. They switched rooms for us but the new room did not have a functioning refrigerator or phone. We called to report this and the phone was never fixed. It was one issue after another and it seemed like we were an inconvenience to get us a clean and functioning room

Very clean & staff was extremely nice. The only complaint i might have is our bed (king size) was VERY uncomfortable. Like laying on a board. Me & my husband could not sleep both nights we were there. That made the trip miserable. We were there for a conference and we had to leave the conference early because we were so exhausted from no sleep. Also our room never got cool enough. We even had a fan we brought from home. Other than the bed & coolness of the room it was a nice place to stay.

The property was easy and accessible and the staff was super nice. However, the room was not as clean as it should have been and there were stink bugs in the room galore. The carpet looked dirty and the furniture looked just as bad.

Overall the property was presentable and clean. What shocked and frustrated me was the stink bugs in the room and hallways. I understand we are in the mountains, but when you pay $500 for two nights, you just expect the infestations to be better controlled.
The breakfast was very good, and staff always made sure there was plenty of food. The cleaning staff was very friendly and kind.

We have been staying here for many years, with a lapse of 5 years when we owned our own cabin. On this visit, we noticed that the property is aging and showing a lot of wear - badly in need of an upgrade!!! We love this area and the location of the property, so hopefully management will put some $$ into upgrading before our next visit!

Ever evaluation is individual per travelers needs. I felt staff was not rude but not happy to be at work. Elevator not clean, knocks and scratches on bathroom doors, used tissue in room to blow nose left on counter, and the parking lot not safe at night due to very little lighting.

Had to change rooms because a shower head broke. Then, new room was missing a lock for the balcony door. Only 1 of 2 elevators was working while staying, and it was very slow!
