Bathroom in 311 poorly maintained. Tub was dirty and needed reglazing. Tub stopper broken. Shelving dusty.

Lobby doors had to be manually opened on check-in night. No toilet paper holder and drain stopper missing in bathroom.

The lady at the front desk was rude.

Room was nice and big. Good coffee brand! Quiet. Clean. Front door was broken and my bathroom tub didn’t have a stopper so I couldn’t take a bath. I prefer bath over shower. Overall I’d stay here again.

Consistently good La Quinta. Conveniently located and close to stores and activities.

Mold in bathroom that has obviously been there a while So a health hazard and we were unable to take showers at the hotel for this reason. Hotel was 100 percent occupied so we were unable to be relocated as requested-Lots of deferred maintenance in the room

When we arrived to check in the receptionist was not friendly. Then when we arrived in our room the bathtub had several spots of mold. We refused to shower in it. We will not return to this hotel.

Easy parking plenty of services nearby

Nice young man behind front desk. Rooms and other areas not very clean. Police were there one morning to take a family out of a room. Stressful.

I was not happy with the cleanliness, but the staff was friendly. I would not stay here again. I also could not find the wireless internet log in information.

Would like the breakfast food to be warmer.

I booked this room based on the picture and since I’m traveling for business this room looked extra spacious with a very nice desk to work from. I did not get the room in the picture nor was it even close. Bathroom had mold around the tub, the room smelled horrible and comfort was less than par. I will not be back.

The room was disappointing. The bathroom looked like a remodel gone wrong with broken tiles on the ground, paint spatter everywhere. The room was extremely humid to the point that it was uncomfortable to be covered by bedding while trying to sleep.

The stay was for a birthday celebration but the room at La Quinta was not up to Hotels.com or La Quinta's standards. We arrived around 4:00 PM and was offered a room on 1, 2, or 3rd floor. I chose the first floor (room 109). The counter in the bathroom was missing a portion of the laminate finish. The toilet was not properly repaired/reinstalled (not security fastened is the the floor) because it made a loud thump sound when ever it was used, day or night. The room door did not lock when you left the room. When checking out, the staff person understood the door problem and blamed it on the new security system.

Horrible stay, crickets in the room, I asked the staff to spray the room and they completely ignored me and said that the entire hotel was infested with crickets, I asked to change my room due to the crickets and was denied. It was a horrible stay and I am very disappointed in the cleanliness and staff.

The chandelier and horse scene behind the service desk were beautiful .

The hotel is run down. No bathtub stoppers.

This is an older property so it has some aesthetic issues but seemed to be adequately clean. We needed a mobility access room and the shelves in the bathroom were high up out of reach and not clise to the lavatory. The only electrical outlet was across the room next to the toilet. It made using the blow dryer impossible without an extension cord. There were grab bars at the tub but it was a tub, not an accessible shower. All in all it was not a handicap friendly room.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The walls are thin and it was so loud and noisy. I heard all conversations next door through the cheap adjoining door. I could hear every step above me. The pillows were terrible. Flat. I had one wash rag. The blankets were moist. The outside was falling apart. The sidewalks and walkways were trashy.

The breakfast was ok! The bathroom had no plug-ins near the bathroom mirror to use hair accessories or a place to put on make-up just a small ledge. The beds were clean & very comfortable. The room was kind of small compared to other places we've stayed. Otherwise, it was just ok.

I came back in the afternoon to rest only to find that the room had not been serviced. I ended up going down to get towels, coffee, and trash bag.

Great stay but this time they we’re remodeling so it didn’t look to welcoming…

Work was being done in the room directly above us. Excessive noise continued until 10:30 pm Friday night and started again at 6:15 Sat morning. Complaints to front desk did nothing. In fact they did not even acknowledge that work was being done. Only after going upstairs to investigate did we realize what was really happening. Work was again being done Sunday (Easter morning) at 7:30. Poor customer service

Property has some construction work going on but it was well kept and quiet while we were staying there.

Quick trip to see friends in the area. Upon driving in it is very evident they are doing some sort of construction, wish it would have been listed on booking page. Walking up trash everywhere from the construction it 8:30 at night nobody was working and they obviously didn't take time to clean up after themselves construction debris continued into the entrance. I work on a 500,000 sq ft construction site and it never has all this trash laying around The lady checking us in painfully slow for know reason she didn't comment about problems or slow system. You can tell they have attempted some remodeling but poorly done. Bed was comfortable and room appeared to be clean. Until noticing the next morning there were a previous persons underwear in the room I know for a fact they didn't belong to my daughter or I as they were mens underwear. Also it was very evident dusting isn't a priority. I notified the front desk the following morning and her attitude was of that of a person who could truly care less.

Super convenient location. Many options for food and shopping nearby. Hotel was clean, up to date, and staff were kind.
