It was fine for the night I think it might be geared towards people working out of town you can tell the wear and tear but the staff was great and for the price it was about right

Dragged my bags and dog to the front door that was locked. Wasn’t greeted but immediately demanded if I had a reservation then proceeded to argue with me, after showing her four different ways of proving that I had a reservation, including a reservation number. She called whoever to confirm that I had a reservation directly in front of me, then sent me to a room on a floor that smelled like trash, rotting trash. The room she sent me to was directly across from the trash room that smelt like a dead body had been decomposing in there for a week. No way shape or form is this a professional clean place to stay and definitely not worth the $150 I spent and I haven’t tried the bed yet.

Very nice location, just off the highway, good parking and good dining shopping options near by.
Staff was very friendly and the room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

The property was not a good area. The rooms were very dated and walls very dirty.

This location has kitchens in the room but no plates, glasses, cookware or utensils. You have to get those from the front desk but there was no one at the front desk the couple we checked. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. No blow dryer. They didn’t even have glasses in the bathroom to rinse your mouth.
We won’t be going back & would suggest that anyone looking for someplace to stay keep looking.

Hotel employees were super nice and friendly. We got upgraded because our room we booked was not available. The room was nice and clean. I loved that the hotel was right off the freeway.

We were visiting friends and it was close by and clean. We appreciated getting a good nights rest before making the long drive home, and we didnt disturb anyone when we had to leave early in the morning.

Roxanne was an exceptional hotel staff member. I had very pleasant interactions with her throughout my stay and she was a pleasure dealing with. Please let her know her value to your organization.

There was no hot water. Inside the room items were very old/dated. Wifi internet costed 10x the cost of home internet only had 2 bars for it.

I booked a room with semi-kitchen, but there are no equiptment to use, no glasses, kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. Everything still has to be asked from the frontdesk. No coffeemaker/perculator or water bottles in the room. The free breakfast is a joke. 1 Granola bar and coffee/tea/hot choco, that's it. No pool nor gym.

It’s next to the freeway, but you don’t hear it unless the window is open.
The front desk staff is wonderful.
Pet friendly place (love it).

Good morning! Our stay at the Extended Stay Hotel last night was probably the worst experience we've ever had using Hotels.com. First to begin, during check-in one of the tenants came to the lobby to receive delivered food bank groceries. Then, there was a cat visible in one of the rooms from parking lot. This is not a hotel, it's a homeless shelter. Upon our return from our evening at 10pm, there were people loitering around the parking lot which did not appear to be guests. We left at 10pm.

Everything was great from the awesome check in personnel to the clean property to the cozy, clean room. Everything went sour when I was harassed about the late check out time promised by the night shift person. The person knocking on my door said that check out was now. I called the front desk only to be argued with and be told, “There is no late check out to one pm.” Basically, I was being called a liar. I walked down to the front desk, unbrushed, and in my pajamas to discuss this in person. AGAIN, I was argued with by the snotty front desk employee. Then, like magic, she found the note from nightshift stating EXACTLY what I had stated. I was told, “Be out by 1pm. Any time over that, I will charge you for another night.” It’s sad that one employee could take a 5 Star rating down like this.

Windows don't operate/broken-fire hazard furniture beat up. Toilet plugged and when I called maintenance to fix it they gave me a used loaner plunger. shower drained slow. No ice machine in the entire hotel. complimentary breakfast is granola bars and Quaker oats. The price was supposed to be $112 per night but was over $200 per night and that was a weekly rate. I thought it was a hotel for business stays but it looked more like it was for the homeless and people fighting additions or someone just released from prison. Motel 6 would have been an upgrade and for less than half the money. Do yourself a favor and just sleep on a park bench at least then you know what you're getting

It was great, low water pressure in the shower, very low, kinda weird. But it was still a great stay!

The only thing that was such a shame is that the hallways smelled so strongly of pot smoke - to the point that we could smell it in the room. We had to grab towels from the bathroom to stuff under the door in hopes of stopping the skunky stench.
Sadly, for this reason, as much as we loved this hotel, we would never return or recommend it to anyone. It is really criminal what we now have to deal with these days. Some always seem to ruin it for the rest.

I'll list the problems I observed. Light out at the parking location I would have chosen, very dark. I was given a pet friendly room without being told. (no carpet). room was located behind the electric panel closet, thus being the smaller or the rooms by a couple of feet, the toilet seat was very loose and was regular bowl, small and not of comfort height. the lavatory did not drain, poor caulking around the lavatory. appears unsanitary, the tub/shower head had no adjustment with pin point spray. the sticker stated that there is a 10 point inspection by management, I doubt this occurs due to the items mentioned. other than that, basically clean though a little overpriced, however the staff were friendly.

i’ve stayed there before and it was a great experience this time not so much. There were cockroaches in our room. Upon check out when I told them they said a manager would contact me regarding this and I would get a refund. Two days later I have yet to hear from anybody. I will never stay here again nor will my family or friends. Very upsetting and disappointing

Very clean and rooms are very spacious
