Felt safe and secure staying here. The staff was very helpful! The cleaning lady was awesome! Will definitely stay here again.

The property was well kept. There was plenty of parking. There was plenty of light on the parking lot. The front desk workers were polite.

Very nice hotel in a very quiet area. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was great. The manager on duty that checked us in was very polite and thorough. I love all the Dove products (hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner) that were available for us to use. This was much better than the standard ex-small bar soap.

Abandoned mall and buildings all around hotel, not bad other than that

Staff was so friendly. Great customer service. Breakfast was fresh, and the breakfast area was super clean. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Somewhat inconvenient to get to, behind a mall that is no longer operational.

I had an excellent 2-night stay in July 2023 at the Pines Mall Dr. Holiday Inn Express while traveling for business. Kattie Jordan, Assistant General Manager, and her incredible staff run a wonderful hotel that is well-managed, clean, quiet, and comfortable. All the important aspects of a top-quality hotel stay. I'm grateful for Miss Kattie and her full team's warm hospitality at the Pines Mall Dr. location. I believe there is such a thing as "too professional/corporate", and having warm, friendly people is an invaluable component of the hospitality industry.

The shower head was disgusting and very unclean. Along with mold around the bathtub on the floor. We asked for someone to clean it and it never happened.

Room was large,and nice and clean. The down side was no hot water after 2 days out of the 4 day stay. Moved to new room, but not as nice as the room we were in .Only 1 USB hook up in1 lamp, the previous room had USB in all of the lamps. Extremely difficult to control the temperature in the room. The unit was very confusing to use.

The king bed was very comfortable. The room was clean.

Amazing stay

We only stayed one night passing through Arkansas. Great stay for the night, clean, nice staff, and great breakfast. The town is about vacant! Found a cute little pizza place to eat, The Big Banjo.

I received a call from Holiday Inn my room was canceled because Expedia booked it and no rooms was available

When we first checked in, our TV didn't work. Jasper tried to fix it multiple times but couldn't. She moved us to another room without issues. The free breakfast was great!

A good hotel at a reasonable price, but I didn't know that the Pine Bluff Mall was closed. So what would have been an asset, turned into something of a liability.

The facility is behind a closed shopping mall. No exterior lighting makes it difficult to navigate to the hotel. The townspeople conspired to keep us away from a decent restaurant for dinner.

It is located next to an empty mall.

CC the lady in charge of breakfast was excellent. Her attitude was enough to make me want to come back. The lady that checked us in was efficient also. We came in late at night and almost gave up - the mall behind the hotel is closed and very dark. A street light or two would be nice.

Stay was good, predictable bed and pillow comfort. Staff was very pleasant, Stacy, in charge of breakfast was very on top of things. The building itself was a little “tired” looking in the carpets. The hotel was a bit challenging to find in the dark as our vehicle GPS didn’t recognize the location.

Very nice place to stay. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. No complaints. Were basically only there to sleep and left before having breakfast, so can't comment on anything else.

This backs up to a closed mall, but I felt quite safe and the breakfast was very nice. The staff was super sweet and helpful. I left my purse in the eating area and the attendant immediately got my attention to get it to me. Lovely stay. Bed was great!

Bathroom dated, dirty, brown water from sink. Set in middle of abandoned shopping mall. Did not feel safe. On check-in, attendant remained on obvious personal call. One female employee at breakfast blatantly rude.
