This was a very convenient and nice place to stay. The problem was we couldn't find the 4th bed and when we tried the contact host. I got an error. Not able to send. This was unexpected.

My husband & I were in town with friends for a golf tournament. We decided to try VRBO instead of a hotel & we are so glad we did! Tonya & Terrance’s home is so clean & decorated just as the pictures show online. They are both so nice & accommodating, we gave them 5 stars, across the board.

The house had the perfect accommodations for our family. Space for the kids to play outside. Two living rooms and two kitchens. The decor was relaxing and luxurious. The beds were so comfortable. The only negative thing about our experience was the check out time of nine am. I would definitely stay again the next time we are in the area. Loved this house

I'll start with the good about this property - The location was convenient and the property manager responded quickly whenever I reached out with a question. Unfortunately, the bad outweighs the good. The house was not clean when we arrived. There were candy wrappers under the TV stand in the den, trash on the floor that didn't appear to have been swept throughout the house and there was hair in the sink and tub and on the floor of all the bathrooms. In fact, it did not appear that the house had been cleaned at all. My sister went into her bathroom and when she pulled the curtain back, there was a bar of soap and a wet wash cloth rolled up on the tub shelf (with hair) that was obviously left by the previous renters. That bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. In addition, as soon as we walked in the house, we could smell a strong mildew odor throughout the house. The odor is so bad that everything we took into the house smelled like mildew when we left - even the clean clothes we didn't wear and the ones we washed while there. I did mention the smell and the fact that we had to clean the house, particularly the bathrooms, ourselves once we arrived when I spoke with the property manager, but I got a cryptic response that seem more concerned with us giving our stay a 5-star review. Sadly, our stay was not 5-star worthy.

As advertised with great price point for the size. The master bedroom bathroom has a broken toilet paper holder.
