We had an issue with our assigned room, so the night manager kindly helped us change rooms. Great service, clean hotel.

Our stay was great. The staff was responsive and accommodating, especially after we questioned a weird noise in our room. A maintenance person came promptly to check it out and, while it was likely a normal sound from the HVAC system, it was still bothersome to us and the staff was kind enough to move us to a different (even upgraded) room for the 2nd night of our stay. Great breakfast too! Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay. Front desk people were very nice. We were upgraded to a suite because our standard room wasn’t ready at check in. We were very happy.

Breakfast is awesome. Coming down to lobby and smelling coffee and not to mention rooms are very comfortable and staff very polite and courteous.
Suggestion if I may. Rooms should allow you to access your streaming services and log out upon check out.

I picked this property ! Primarily! Because they don’t allow pets! Even the smell is different in this hotel, clean, no dogs hair on the mattress. I really recommend this place.

Front desk and staff were great. Good location right near Tanger outlets, but a little tough to merge into traffic due to it's location and lack of street traffic light.

Room and breakfast was good No parking at all at the hotel I was told to park in an adjacent lot that was not well lit with the truck I had that had $200,000 worth of equipment in or I could wait till one of the employees left in a while and get there spot Just what I wanted to do, sit in my truck in the parking lot till someone left! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!

The hotel was clean and the service was timely. We showed up around 2am and were very happy to get our room quickly and without much fuss. The area was quiet and we never heard anything outside except an occasional conversation in the hallway but nothing too loud. Wish they had more up to date TVs so i could watch netflix but overall a great stay!

This hotel-in the middle of something like a mall strip should cost at least 3 times less. It's otherwise decent and relatively clean, but fridge in our suite was nor working and some cabinetry starts falling apart. Brekfast has limited choices and wasn't cooked good. Few things were barely edible

Stayed for 2 nights, 4 of us on 2 queen bed room. Very clean and comfortable. Only problem was did not have enough charging ports in room.

This hotel is in a really great location. The hotel comes with free breakfast, and has a really nice pool. Our room was very clean. Check in was easy. The only thing I didn’t like was that we had an adjoined room and I heard the man in the room next to us on the phone very clearly a few times early in the morning. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

We went to a wedding at East Wind Caterers in Wading River. Half an hour after the DJ stopped playing, I was in my bed at the Holiday Inn. The property was clean and well kept. The Continental Breakfast got us a good start to our ride home. I would stay here again.

Everything was great until the Riverhead speedway opened and made incredible noise until 10:30 pm. At 3 am the alarm at a store behind the hotel went off for many minutes.
The housekeeper, Rosa was great. Our room was refreshed the second day.

The staff received us with smiles on their faces and made us feel very welcomed. We loved the pool the most. It was nice to be able to relax in a clean pool area. The breakfast was also our favorite. The options were amazing which not many hotels have. We had a whole IHOP breakfast at the hotel. Checkout was very easy. And the rooms were amazing, clean and to see regular shampoo and conditioner in the shower made feel like I was at home. We will be going back.

This Holiday Inn Express is so clean and the staff is professional and courteous - I wish I found it sooner. I really only come to work in Riverhead once or twice a year, but this is my third return and a welcome one at that.

Check in was really easy. The hotel room was large and the beds are very comfortable. We really liked the fact that they had a lot of towels and the shampoo and conditioner as well as lotion was provided. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that the shower was making noise due to the low water pressure.

Very reasonable accommodations for myself and a fellow worker, doing business in South Hampton. Comp breakfast did the trick each morning!

The property was in a great location. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, so my husband did not sleep most of the trip. The exit door 50 feet away from us did not lock correctly so safety is definitely a concern. The staff is helpful but there nothing that could be done for the issues we faced. We initially had issues with the room being too warm, but the staff was able to assist with that.

The room was clean! I requested a room away from the ice machine and was told they were not available. During the night I woke up at least three times by people getting ice late into the evening and the crashing noise.
