the staff made my trip really effortless.Their recommendations were dead on.

reservation was somehow booked for the wrong dates initially, but was not able to tell because the "confirmations" don't show any real information. Changed it over the phone which took over an hour, then the night of - my employees arrive to find they only booked them one bed. had to pay double to get enough beds even after being assured the reservation was correct. I want it to be clear: the hotel did what they could to remedy this, but the incorrect details are the fault of booking.com.

A well run, clean, comfortable hotel.

Bathroom was very small Weekends can be noisy and crowded. our stay was Sun - Fri. By Thursday it was getting busy

Cardboard plates and plastic knifes at breakfast were not what we expected, but the food was good !

The friendly and helpful reception team. I turned up early and they accommodated an early check in. I was also travelling without a car and they helpfully provided the hotel shuttle car to get me to my coach pick up point.

Fridge in room still had previous guests food in fridge. I had to ask cleaners to remove. The room itself was very basic, had no view or outdoor space (some rooms did) and was in need of update, there was a very odd smell like damp. I had just arrived from a previous 3 star establishment which was significantly better and significantly cheaper. For the price I paid I expected much better. This may, of course, be something to do with Booking.com's pricing as had I booked direct with hotel my room for that night would have been £150 cheaper so extremely dissatisfied with Booking.com's pricing.
