I would like to thank your staff for their friendly service during my stay. The breakfast was particularly good, and the staff made my visit enjoyable. However, I noticed that the pillows in the room were not comfortable, affecting my sleep negatively. Additionally, the fragrance in the lobby was too strong. I hope you can review both the quality of the pillows and the intensity of the fragrance, providing better options for future guests. On a positive note, I want to emphasize the excellent location, especially for those without a car.

This hotel was a great choice for Benidorm. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Views from the rooftop stunning. The location was perfect. I couldn’t fault the place. Five stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very modern but traditional. In a quiet peaceful area of the Old Town. Stayed 1 night only as I was meeting my daughter next day to move a bit further round the coast. Only thing I missed was a balcony but I did have a bit of a sea view. Would stay again for an overnight stay.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff in amazing location. Rooms well equipped. Staff was very accommodating with check in and check out times which allowed us to maximise our stay in the area. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend it.

I loved the way the staff was doing everything to make your stay the best. I loved the fact the hotel is right at the beach. Only negative thing I can think of is the fact there are no free parking spots.

Very nice newer hotel in top location, perched high with an amazing bay and sea view. The beach is steps away and all the action with restaurants, bars, shopping etc down the street. Excellent service and breakfast on the ocean view terrace. The jacuzzi on the rooftop lounge was great with an amazing view. Note that you will have to park a few hundreds yards down at private parking ($25) and that TV selection is extremely poor ( no Netflix, YouTube or cable channels). The rest was fantastic and I would surely stay again.

Such a nice hotel! Perfect central location, great food and wonderful, attentive staff. Car access is a bit complicated but nearby parking is convenient. Bells every fifteen minutes from neighbouring church could bother some people.

Great position in centre of Benidorm giving easy options to go to the Old Town or either side where it's a bit more lively. Had a balcony which gave a fantastic view down the length of the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful and sorted out an early glitch with our room efficiently and effectively. Breakfast was great quality and plenty of it!

I love the location and the overall stay was amazing.

I can highly recommend this hotel for the food alone, which is fantastic. The tasting menu is an absolute MUST, and the breakfast toast options are excellent too. The hotel is in a lovely, quiet part of town (except for the church bells!) and the room was ideal for me. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Benidorm from now on.

Had a great stay , on slight incident but the hotel dealt with it straight away and also gave us a complimentary meal in the hotel restaurant which they didn’t need to do at all

When we called ahead in the advertised number, to enquire about parking, the man hung up in us and wouldn’t answer when we tried calling back. We followed the instructions on the email and tried to drive to the hotel, an absolute nightmare. I’m the end, we just found a public parking lot and walked to the hotel. The hotel is in a beautiful spot and the em receptionist was lovely. The restaurant staff were a bit less consistently nice and the rest rooms got a bit messy at times, but overall, the place was clean and fresh, the food was excellent, except I am vegan and the offerings were scant and at breakfast they couldn’t offer me any plant milks for muesli, only for a latte, which seemed strange. Breakfast was disappointing by Spanish standards, I think others have said the same. It’s served to the table in a take it or leave it fashion. We were awoken by some guest being evicted by the police in the middle of the night, which was a real pity, as otherwise, the hotel was peaceful and comfortable, but the police don’t care when they are dealing with a drunk at 5am, they shout and argue, it doesn’t matter it’s an atrium and the entire hotel was disturbed. Not the hotels fault, but the open design means, one incident effects everyone.

Beautiful hotel, great views, perfect location for old town

My only complaint is no menus, this is a top class hotel, I do not want to scroll down a phone, sitting outside you can’t see the screen, we had bed and breakfast we intend to eat in the evening, at breakfast we asked if there was a menu for the evening and was shown a tablet, we didn’t bother. How difficult is it to produce a menu. Everything else perfect

Amazing view, great breakfast and dinners and very well located in the old town. Strongly recommended. Jacuzzi is definitely a plus.

Overall our stay as usual was perfect, staff are all very helpful rooms clean but the best for me is the food in hotel restaurant is excellent

I did enjoy my short stay the location is ideal spot plus the views from the rooftop and main balcony are great. My only critic is the room on ground floor by reception is not practical for a holiday room. I asked to be moved on arrival due to noise from reception guests checking in at night. I was moved and super happy with my stay .
