I am dissatisfied, disgusted, with how the Manager Courtney handled my situation! My items were missing out of my room after I got it cleaned on Friday, I called immediately and let the front desk know what all was missing and gave my contact info and was told they would ask house keeping also a manager would give me a call! I didn’t hear anything back Monday morning before the day of my check out so I decided to call the front desk I got Courtney the manager on the phone. Let her know what had happened Courtney responded. “I saw a note with this information on it” ( Courtney did not call to inform me of anything but saw the note and knew my personal items were missing and had my contact info) and said “I am so sorry but unfortunately there’s nothing we can do. You can go down to the local police department and file a police report.” Terrible unacceptable, disgusting I could NOT BELIEVE IT, I went down to the 1st floor looking but saw the young lady setting up breakfast instead asked her where Courtney was, who had already left! Thank goodness the young lady got all my missing items information wrote them down, finished up breakfast! Called right before we got ready to check out to inform me that my items were retrieved pick them up! I’m happy I got my items back But Worse experience ever

Let’s just say my over all experience was horrible but it ended well! The over all staff were amazing, Everyone at the front desk housing keeping, maintenance, smiling and greeting the entire stay! I booked 2 separate reservations items were missing, protocols were not met! Ms Courtney did a horrible job! Thankfully the young lady at the front desk took the time to look for my missing (missing for 3 days) items after she had made the breakfast and taking care of the front desk! Thankfully all my missing items were recovered

Rooms were clean. No shampoo, conditioner, or body wash was provided. We were told breakfast would start at 6. It did not. When waiting, we were told it would start at 6:30. By the time we left at 7 there was still no breakfast.

The room was smaller than expected and had more furniture than needed.

Was bit by bed bugs! Awful

I liked the bed and breakfast very much.There was no hot water. Also the outlet by window in room 327 was not working properly.

I wish this hotel would update and fix problems. It is in the best location for us with my 2 little dogs to walk around the shopping center. We had a closet door that was broken and unable to open, the sink leaked water all over the floor and most outlets do not work. The staff was super friendly, breakfast was great and check in and out was super easy! If they would just fix up the hotel this place would be perfect.

I didn't like anything I was very disappointed the closest door broke the shower was dirty. I will never stay there again and I will not refer anyone else

Great check in the evening we arrived, clean and comfortable room, cozy and clean lobby, breakfast had good options but was cold at 830am, pool was locked at 930(scheduled to open at 6am), we asked twice to have it opened. Housekeeping was great!

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and for the most part they’ve always been fairly clean and have a decent breakfast. This time the shower was dirty (molded shower floor) and the tv only had one channel. 2 star visit although other stays here would rank about a 3.5ish

Property was in a great location. Room was very nice. A little disappointed that they did not have USB charging ports and thenrooms had no microwaves. The water pressure for.showers was not very strong.

We had a great stay. Staff was so friendly and made our trip extra special. Hotel was very clean and bed was super comfy!

Coffee maker in room was broken, I requested another one it was not delivered to my room. A reading light in the bedroom was also broken.

STAFF WAS ETREMELY FRIENDL Y AND ADDRESSED ALL NEEDS. THE HOTEL IS IN NEED OF REPAIRS: 1) LIGHTING - NEEDED 3 LIGHT BULBS REPLACED 2) BATHROOM SHOWER IS IN NEED OF CLEANING AND GROUT REPLACEMENT AND 3) THE THERMOSTAT IS NOT CONNECTED TO AIR UNIT IN ROOM

No microwaves in the rooms, only one in the whole facility, all the way on the first floor.

It was very noisy, and there were ants in our room even in the beds, left with a few ant bites

Th stay was good. At check in the computers were working properly but nothing that could be helped. Nice hotel in a very nice part of town.

It was centrally located with easy access to shopping. We were celebrating our 31st anniversary and wonderful restaurants were within the proximity of the hotel that enhanced our experience. Perhaps the hotel could inquire in advance of whether guests are celebrating a special occasion and acknowledge this. This gives the guest a “special “ feeling and not a “generic” experience. Some guests unlike us have special needs. While we were there we noted an infirm elderly lady that struggled with her luggage. Provisions for them should be available. It would minimize your risk profile as well by reducing slip injuries and falls. Taneshia at the front desk was very accommodating, cheerful and pleasant. The cook Wilmeda on the weekend prepared a very tasty breakfast that we enjoyed as contrasted with other days where the breakfast was mediocre at best. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to my associates in the future.

The front desk staff are sooooo friendly. I mistakenly left my car keys at the front desk, and when I came back she had securing put them away for me.

Service was great but the room wasn't the most clean. The light switches didn't work in the room so I had to unplug the light fixtures. A few plug ins weren't working in the room. The tv remote was missing the back so the batteries kept falling out.

Nearby is a really nice shopping area with unique stores and restaurants. It’s very convenient to the hotel.

AWFUL!! Bathroom was not very clean. There was like a wardrobe in the drawers!! We found FLEAS while we were packing up to leave! So gross.
