Room was nice and comfortable. However toilet did not work properly. We had to call maintenance soon as we got back from dinner. Toilet would not drain. They worked on it for about 5 minutes with a plunger and finally got water to drain. Next meeting we got up and same issue. Told front desk clerk it needed to be snaked out.

Beautiful place to stay. Like a trip back in time but with all the amenities! Would definitely stay here again. Nice cozy bar and restaurant on location makes for an easy vaca.

Saturday night was noisy . Our room was next bext to the elevator . Sunday night was quiet . Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi . Nice bar and restaurant . Free coffee and cookies during the day . Very nice room .

We were in Lancaster for a show at the American Music Theater. We chose Steamboat for location, price and ease of booking. We were delighted. Very comfortable. Lots of charm. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good in restaurant and tavern. Would definitely stay again!

We had a very nice stay. We've stayed at the Fulton Steamboat Inn many years ago. We were not disappointed. The rooms were verr clean, but starting to get a little dated (wear and tear), understandable. The staff was very friendly as well. Didn't care for the food at the attached restaurant though. All in all, well pleased. Will be back in the spring or summer. Plenty of things to do in the area.

Very nice hotel. Everyone working at the desk was very good. The whole place is very clean and safe. The location is perfect for shopping and eating out.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fulton Steamboat Inn. The only thing that I would fix, or update is the carpet in the hallways. There is a slight moldy smell noted when we were walking back to our room on the first floor. Our room was clean and didn't smell at all. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and we were provided with plenty of towels. Check in and check out was easy. We had a delicious lunch at the bar and had a hardy, breakfast at the restaurant. It was very convenient.

After paying 160 dollars a night they put us in a room across the elevator!! There’s people in and out laughing talking all night and early morning and my handicap daughter was awake all night !! Worst hotel I had ever stayed !!!!

The king size bed was very comfortable. The room was fairly large with a desk and table. The bathroom was clean and had two sinks with ample counter top space. There was nice bar and restaurant with reasonable prices on site. Pool area was a bit crowded but clean and surrounded by large windows to view outside. The hotel is quaint maybe a bit dated. Overall a very nice experience.experience.

Stayed at this location on vacation, because we thought it would be a fun place to stay with kids. The restaurant downstairs was closed, it wasnt open during the week we were told. The only other place to eat inside was the Tavern, which is basically a bar and we had kids with us. We used the laundry services there and those were great. The rooms were clean and somewhat updated. The 3rd floor is basically adults only. We really liked it, my kids loved it- just wish they had something to eat ON SITE open every day during the week so guests don't have to leave. We checked out the playground area as well, and my kids gave a 10/10

This is an amazingly cozy spot just outside of Lancaster, PA. Old but well kept with an amazing staff. The rooms are on the small side but comfy. Heated indoor pool was very nice. Definitely recommended for a short family stay.

Third stay here. The pool is wonderful and while convenient to many things, it faces corn fields and one feels like one is away from everything. The restaurant is quite good, Katie's Amish Kitchen is just down the road, as is The Fireside Inn and the Diner on 30. Walking near the Koi Pond is meditative.

The staff was dressed up (ugly sweater contest) and they also had gingerbread houses that you could vote for your favorite on both of those. Beautifully and tastefully decorated for the holidays. Tavern food and price was appropriate. Breakfast was good but thought the price was a little high. It would've been nice to have been offered a discount for food if staying at the inn.

This was our first stay at the Fulton Steamboat Inn, and it certainly won't be our last. We stayed in a king suite and it honestly was the nicest room I've ever stayed in. Everything was immaculate and decorated perfectly. We are already talking about our next visit!

I liked the design of the hotel, to represent Fulton's Steamboat. The only thing I didn't like was the cramped Reception area.

The hotel is just beautiful! Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent too. We stayed a few days before Christmas and they had a hot cocoa bar! Make your reservations now!
