Arinsal is very beautiful and although we didn’t ski we could see that everyone else did

Our room after we changed. Restaurants and bars in the town

Not given a room with mountains view or balcony as booked, however, this was changed fairly quickly. No lift at this property and we were on third floor!

Very good

Big bathroom, nice staff, very good location. Clean rooms.

It does not have its own parking, difficult to unload the car. No lift. Noisy guests in the middle of the night, although it is written everywhere to keep quiet after 23:00.

Value fir money hotel in need of a little work.

The location of the property was excellent and the staff were very friendly

For a hotel in a ski resort the mandatory boot room only had space to hang 3 boots and was not heated so boots were still wet the following morning.

Very basic rooms. No space in bathroom to put toiletries out. No kettle in room.

Well located hotel

A simple hotel in Arinsal. Downstairs dining room and adjacent bar area were pleasant and welcoming. Staff were friendly. Bedroom looked out over the river (other side faces road), which was in flood but good "white" noise at bedtime. Water took a long time to come through but was hot.

Couldn't make the tv work, but we were barely in our room so it didn't bother us, nor did we ask for it to be sorted.

Great value near The Derby Irish pub

Superb value for money in the centre of town. Dog friendly and near the fabulous Derby Irish pub. Fresh and tasty breakfast too. Lovely mountain view and a sunny terrace above the stream.

Central of Arinsal and very close to the ski lifts

Very claustraphobic rooms but very spacious bathrooms. Banging doors in the corridors in the morning non stop.

Lovely.

The hotel was clean and the location was perfect. It is a short walk to the gondola, restaurants and pubs. Breakfast was fine typical continental breakfast, everything was fresh and topped up regularly, really good coffee machine. Very good value for money.

Nothing, hotel was perfect considering the little time spent there due to it being a ski holiday.

Perfect location right by the gondolas to Arinsal, helpful staff and clean facilities.

Very good

Service by staff was excellent. And they were very helpful. Room was very clean. Good value for money. Self service breakfast included. Liked the location, out of busy capital. Quieter & more scenic.
