The place is very nice though it looks a bit differently from the outside. Everything was clean and easy to find/use. Only one mirror in the bathroom and a floor mirror in the hall so if several women this could be an issue. Walking distance to food and metro which was convenient. If needed to stay in this area again would go back. Definitely worth the cost.

We loved this property. It was in a very cute neighborhood; very quiet and central location. The room was comfortable for us and our dog; we felt right at home! Definitely coming back for our next visit.

The place is beautiful but my check-in was not smooth. I'll just say that management needs someone on site or at least be able to reach by phone because I arrive at 11p and did not get assistance. Their office closes at night. There was a car park outside that looked like parking enforcement but when I tried to get their attention I realized that the car was empty. If it weren't for other tenants I would have been completely lost. Oh yeah, my car got booted because I thought that I parked in P1 but it was just the first floor of the garage. I couldn’t find the lockbox which is in a separate room so it took me a while to get my key. I requested to check out late the day before my check out I didn’t get a response until the next day and so when I was trying to leave, he saw me in the hallway with some of my stuff and from there he asked me for the key so since I was checking out late, of course I gave him the key thinking I could continue to remove my stuff my room. Then he said that he didn’t have all the keys. I told him I had to get the key from my son and he said well he will hold onto my belongings until he until I get the key which is unlawful. He cannot do that. So if you choose to stay here just know that Michaelis the property manager that did this.

Clean and neat!

This place was in an excellent location, was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities you’d need. I had my dogs along and there were nice shaded streets nearby and not far off is a trail (although a lot of the trail was closed during my visit when they’re done with construction it will be very nice).

My son was a patient at Shepard Center. Thankful I could stay there & be close.

The place was very nice. Looked pretty much like the pictures provided. I was communicated efficiently and everything was nearly seamless.

I stay with my friend to prepare for our study in a nearby University. The stay was good with the kitchen facilities adequate for cooking, except the lack of a kettle for water boiling. The coffee machine is just too small and inadequately heated to boil the water to reach boiling point, hence often cause stomach problem. We later switch to boil water using pan but the odour left from food making renders strange taste!

The stay was absolutely convenient to all of our locations of business and pleasure... The shower heads could be updated and some non slip grips could be placed under the bed To keep it from sliding. Very Clean and Quiet area . We'll consider booking again

Loved that there was attention to details such as providing items that we did not think you would provide such as a can opener, shopping bags, and a wine cork screw. We brought our own items, but pleasantly surprised to see that BCA thought of those items. Loved the convenience of not having to keep up with a key card. However,the ONLY thing we weren't happy about is that the bed would roll around on us. I tried to lock the break, but couldn't get it to work. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and recommend using BCA in Atlanta.

The studios are very convenient to the Shepherd Center (5 min drive door-to-door depending on traffic), as well as to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. Loved the location! The studios themselves are equipped with everything you’ll need for however long you’re staying. Full kitchen for cooking with nice-sized fridge and microwave. Off-street parking in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!!!

The property is very nice and clean. It is also very quiet and accessible to many stores and restaurants in the area. It was well worth my stay as I transitioned to Atlanta from New Mexico until my apartment was ready. I definitely recommend this property.

It was dirty. They had the wrong address for the driver on the drop off and pick up. Overall disappointing
