Great place to stay. Full oven, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker and even a dishwashing machine in my suite. Cutlery, kitchen utensils, cookware etc. is for rent from the hotel if you need it. 4 Stars because of the confusing parking lot. Underground parking that you have to go find yourself. I met a guy one time outside of the hotel and the poor guy just looked defeated! Since he couldn't figure it out either. And once you find the parking garage, the signage is not great either to get to P2 where you can park free overnight for the hotel. Elevators are unique since you program your elevator to the floor you want to go to on the keypad OUTSIDE the elevators. Go to floor 12 to book into the hotel. Staff are friendly. Once you are inside the elevator, there are only 3 buttons, open door, close door and alarm. Breakfast is simple and standard free hotel breakfast food. Eggs, sausage, potatoes. cereals, fruit and yogurt, coffee tea and juice. Now that I know my way around the hotel, I will go back.

Worse hotel specially for the price . Dirty smelly to name a few. Had to check out earlier than planned n move to another hotel.

Lobby carpet is a bit dirty. Water is not free, which is not typical.

Had a challenging day getting to Toronto but once at the hotel, the young woman at the front desk made us feel much better. very friendly, and kind. The suite was beautiful, a bit too hot the entire stay even though I turned the heat down to 65. Beautiful view, modern room. Wish I could stay at the suite for 6 months stay lol. Had breakfast the next day, good continental spread, wish there was bacon as well, better yet Canadian Bacon. All in all enjoyed our stay. I have found a new go to place for future Toronto trips.

Hotel was nice, clean. Email for parking ahead of arrival was good. Arrived at 3:15pm, needing to change and leave for a meeting and rooms were not ready for another hour. This posed an issue as there was nowhere to leave luggage either other than back to the car.

Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed (Although the pillows were mediocre.) Interiors could use a little love/maintenance but nothing off-putting. Continental breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly. Quick bus ride to the nearest subway station from a stop just across the street.

Bathroom wasn't clean enough. The breakfast wasn't good.
