Very open plan for ground floor. Inviting feel.

While booking my reservation, I was not warned about the breakfast option as not available due to the holidays. We as a family had to starve for the 2 days of stay for our breakfast. If hotels take vacations then we need not.

The hotel was clean, modern and the staff was friendly.

New hotel, great staff, close to Drexel, UPenn and food options

Very nice stay - Warren was really friendly. Parking was a bit tricky, but the parking valets did a great job. The room was comfortable and clean.

Loved everything about the place. And I got a drink voucher!!! Stressful day with hubby at penn hospital. Had to stay overnight while he was at hospital. Couldn’t be a more welcoming place other than my own home. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The bar and restaurant was inviting. Felt nice sitting at the bar relaxing with my Prosecco. Location is awesome too.

I'll be back for business regularly and intend to stay here each time. The combination of luxurious accommodations, great dining, excellent facilities, and unparalleled service made this an unforgettable experience for my first time in Philly. Highly recommend this for proximity to Philly locations, especially University Science Center, Drexel, and Penn.

We were excited to stay at the hotel. Loved the atmosphere when you walked in. Super close to Drexel. However, upon entering the room, one of the women in our party went to hang her coat in the closet, only to have the closet door fall off its track. The room had not been thoroughly cleaned and all the phones had been unplugged. We were moved to another room which needed some attention. There were scratches and scuffs on all the walls, again one of the phones didn't work and more. We emailed the hotel and were addressed by the desk when we were checking out. We were given breakfast vouchers and told the manager would call but never followed up. Additionally, to add insult to injury - when given a new room, we were told to gather all our belongings and bring them down to the desk with the keys to exchange for the new room. No assistance was offered to make it more convenient for the guests affected by the hotel's lack of quality and cleanliness. Disappointed is how I felt about our stay at the Study

Very convenient location if you are visiting Penn, Dexel, or one of the hospitals in the area. Nice, spacious rooms and well designed bathroom. Well decorated. Staff was incredibly helpful. My only modest complaints were that the doors let in a bit of noise from the hall and there is a bit of city noise from the windows - being the hotel is in an urban area.

Stayed here for Drexel Family Weekend. Loved the very early coffee service and available oat milk. Courteous staff and accommodating with early check in, late check out and larger room. Nice that The Study also had a nice Hor'd Erves hour for Drexel families.

Have been here a few times. Today service at front desk was not great.

Parking problem

Great University city location convenient to Penn and Drexel campuses. Clean and comfortable room, nice continental breakfast and helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable, clean and v good service. No coffee maker in room. Fridge and microwave on request. Coffee and tea in lobby, but just for a short time in the morning. Constant access to tea service would be nice. Restaurant was decent though pricey.

Everything was great! Super accommodating staff and responsive! Beautiful, spacious rooms.

Perfect spot for visitors wanting to be close and walking distance to UPenn. We enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival the entrance and lobby were impressive, safe was wonderful and pleasant. However our room was something completely different. Stains on the floors, an air mattress that had a hole for the sofa bed, dirty doors and a leaking shower. I do have pictures if anyone would like them. For the price of one night I expected more out of this room.

We had a lovely stay at The Study at University We needed to be in the city because I was a runner in the Rocket Run 2023 and it located in the area we needed to be. Clean and safe Thank you for an enjoyable stay Bath products were an unexpected delight

The Study is a very comfortable and convenient hotel with a very good restaurant on the first floor. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Staff was amazing. Gentleman named Jay went went above & beyond. Will come back mostly due to him.

Four staff attending one client and nobody addressed us for ten minutes. And did not apologize when finally we could check in. Very unprofessional

Convenient to University City, clean and comfortable.

Great lobby, quiet room, very comfortable

Currently, there is a construction going on next to the hotel, and the work seem to start at 5am on a daily basis (it is possible that it starts early, it is just from 5am the noise gets very loud). The location of the hotel is perfect for visitors to Penn and Drexel, but the construction noise during the night/early morning makes it impossible to get a good night sleep.
