Location was perfect. The room was just as expected and as it was presented in the photos. I really recommend this place. The price is also very good for such quality.

Clean facilities. I appreciated the nighttime security guard, especially because the location felt eerily isolated at night despite being a few blocks from bustling neighborhoods.

I initially made my reservation for a different property, 5 blocks west. It was changed without my knowledge to a new property. I had multiple confusing calls with customer service before I finally was able to speak to a manager. She was great and super apologetic and helped make amends, but we still had to stay at a property that was not our first choice. I was pretty disappointed in this, but overall it was a fine stay.

Very clean apartment located in a safe neighborhood. Close to our attractions.kitchen is well equipped and functional. Sofa bed is ok for kids. View from living room is great. A very happy and comfortable stay. Activity room on the 7th, good view.

Very large, well equipped apartment with nice kitchen and lounge area, laundry room. Nice to have salt and pepper, laundry pods, utensils etc. The large table was really nice for working. Bed was lopsided but surprisingly comfortable. The building and style of room is great.

The ceiling of the unit is unfinished, and you can hear the water flowing through the pipes. There are no staff at all on site. There is someone at the door/reception, but they know nothing about Sonder and cannot help with anything. There is no luggage storage (and Sonder provided no assistance in finding a place for luggage storage). I asked to have one additional night, but Sonder normally has 2 night minimum stay (I guess for maximising $$ as tourism and travel have rebounded after the pandemic). It was good value for money overall given how nice the place was and the locatiohn, but I wish I had known that I could not expect any normal hotel service or personal interaction.

The registration was stressful. The key stopped working mid stay. No place to store luggage.

I didn’t like the secret surprise of not being able to do more than 1 request per stay, and also not being previously informed of it.

it was very clean and convenient. parking offsight wasn’t preferable but it was still convenient and reasonably priced.

there was no dining table or place to sit and eat. there was definitely space for a small round table or bar top to style table in the unit.
