Great location, parking can be an issue though. Everything is walking distance. Breakfast is ok but could be better. No complaints for the price.

The hotel is a bit outdated but it has everything you need. Coffee needs improvement.

Hotel is very well situated is the said of River Dalyan, nice swimming pool, in the centre of all activities bars restaurant market very good.

I arrived in the late afternoon, the woman at reception was really not nice serious face no welcome, leter I was told she is the owner off the hotel. The hotel was empty me end maybe 3/5 rooms, I nice ask for room with balcony I am smoking heavenly, she ask me for 80 lira extra per night, I refuse and keep my booking. I don't understand the reason I was refus upgrading the hotel was going to close after 5 days for the winter season. I the money moor inportent of to gest to be happy? I am not going back to this hotel.

Location is priceless. View over the river from my room. Nice balcony to relax on. Decent breakfast (you can have eggs, pancakes cooked fresh). Comfortable bed. Safe in room, aircon, no charge.

Tezcan is very quiet with nothing going on. No bar once the pool bar closes early evening. Plenty to choose from very close by though
