Ok ok, not value for money

Hotel staff, very rude, unfriendly. & rigidly behaved. They upgraded my room with worse facilities. When I asked to provide me my confirmed room. They said sorry all room booked. I ask to arrange same room they told me no rudely

Beautiful room in a classic hotel. We like the 'classic' - not everything super modern but what we were expecting. Beautiful view over the city. Breakfast was a very good selection for a buffet.

WiFi felt a little spotty as did cellular data from our room.

The people in the reception were friendly

The communication was difficult sometimes, I was put in 5 floors away from my kids, housekeeping response was poor. Rooms are small and the toilets as well. Elevators were busy sometimes.

We had booked a family room with two bedrooms for 3 nights..There was AC in only one room..the other room was hot.. Basic breakfast menu with no much choice.The hotel is too pricey for the facilities provided..

Somewhat dated, tired, needs a refresh. Check-in process was cumbersome.

The quality of the breakfast is not great. Food looks old, and some veggies are soggy. Hygienic stuff is not provided, such as cotton pads, etc.

the building outside is very beautiful, and the view of the mountains is gorgeous, there is a shop inside is very confortable there is a good place ,have music karaoke, and everything is walking distance!

1. At first it was impossible to pay with a international card, because I had a 6-digit pin code, they only have 4 ! 2. Anybody helped with luggage 3. There is an unpleasant smell in the toilet in the jacuzzi 4. In the room no have hair conditioner, when i called the reception and asked they said that they don’t have never 5. When we order food in roomservice they didn’t return the change 6. Nobody speaks English 7. The staff is not friendly 8.We was in restaurant upstairs,we want charge the bill in room ,they say no possible

The view was awesome. The breakfast was also good. The interior of the room was not well designed and not very warm compared to the outdoors and the weather. The heater worked fine. The Staff was very welcoming and ready to help. Most of them spoke English and understood.

There were some noise issues - some renovation works going on in the building so we could hear the sound of drilling/ hammering in the distance. Our electric kettle was broken and it took the hotel one whole day to replace it. I had to make 2 phone calls and physically visit the reception to request for one. I was told that they didn't have an extra one and will get it the next day. It was arranged the next day but being such a big hotel they should keep some spare since its a very basic need.

on certain levels there are construction works - so sometimes it was noisy, smelt like in construction area and lots of workers on the level the breakfasts could be improved - pretty limited choice of main dishes (basically only omelettes and Turkish pies)

The breakfast buffet was great! The room was clean and overall decent.

This historic building didn't lose it's charm. Well kept and maintained. Really enjoyed the stay.

I like the location of the hotel and the cafetaria and minimarket at the ground floor.

No curtains with the shower tub, cleaning was not done everyday. Leakages in the fittings of washrooms.
