Our stay at Bodmi was sublime. The mountain view was breathtaking and it was a dream to stay at Bodmi as the welcome was top notch especially as it was my Birthday and also Peter in the restaurant really looked after us on both nights we dined at their restaurant. Peter is a star! The food in the evenings was really delicious so thank you to the chef! There is a lot of food for breakfast which is great for fueling up for the day ahead! Great scrambled eggs! This is a charming and traditional place to stay and it was lovely and quiet which is what I was after - I did not want to stay in the main centre as it was so busy there. If you stay here you get a free bus pass so that is a great bonus. The staff are warm and welcoming here - thank you!

Le fait qu’il dispose d’un restaurant et d’un spa. Le personnel est très gentil. Si vous souhaitez venir skier, l’hôtel est aux pieds des pistes donc super. Nous y sommes allés pour la coupe de Ski à Wengen. C’est très accessible en transport public avec un arrêt de bus à côté de l’hôtel.

Les lits n’étaient pas confortables. De plus, c’était 2 lits de 90 mis ensemble et donc un trou se formait lorsque nous dormions. Nous pensions manger à l’hôtel mais la carte proposait des plats assez sophistiqués avec des associations de goûts qui ne nous ont pas parlés.

The way to the hotel was a little bit hard by a car because the street was narrow and curved. But it deserved it for the great view.

The Hotel Manager Martina was extremely helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for spacious, friendly and scenic view of the mountain and cable car.

The only downfall is the transport as the taxi to this location from the main station they charge 30CHF but you can come by bus Free until 7pm. if you arrive after 7Pm then the option is taxi (if you are with young kids) but sometimes you have to wait for 1 hour. Its not a negative point but families with young kids should plan this well.
