helpful staff and service. Nice lagoon style pool. One of the better hotel gyms! Clearwater Bay is a really nice beach area, with gentle waves for swimming.

Shame that all pool toys need to be hired

location and setting, the beach is just lovely, spacious rooms + our butler Curry made our X-Mas stay just wonderful

a very enjoyable moment on the greatest beach of Hainan island - full autumn moon is definitely the best season: not too many tourists, perfect weather conditions and even the mosquitoes stayed out of our way this time ! specials thanks to LIU Weichen (Curry), whose invisible but always caring hand made our stay just perfect !

it’s wedding season and some of the local clients don’t know how to behave - better just ignore them !

The location - in a word perfect. The staff - they go out of their way to accommodate any request you may have, included in this for my trip was making oat milk from scratch on request for my coffee SUPER GOOD!

If they only heated their swimming pools!

Beautiful hotel, room, and grounds. Really fantastic gym facilities too. What we loved the most was the huge swimming pool. The beach was beautiful and clean. The breakfast offered plenty of choice.

There isn't much going on around the hotel if you want to wander out of the resort and eat somewhere else. We liked the BaiWei restaurant for its chinese food but we thought the Italian restaurant was not great value for money. Dishes were quite small for the price.
