Comfortable beds, Sofas. Easy check-in

Missing towels& drapes (had to ask for them to be brought in) Some light fixtures not working, had to be repaired after check-in! Low force of water in the shower; at times in the morning, was unable to take a shower. Intermittent WiFi signal...Iternet outage for ~12 hours, not restored upto check-out despite making several attempts/calls to management.

Perfect location very close to all the attractions in Nairobi. The stuff was super friendly and very nice.

The hotel is old and you can see that on the furniture and on the bathrooms. Our bathroom had broken tiles at the shower so the water was running everywhere.

The breakfast was excellent

Too many mosquitoes in the rooms even though nets were provided
