The check in staff was fantastic. The parking felt very safe for our vehicle and we parked over night without and problems. We liked the location and walked to and from a concert at Climate Pledge Arena. And even the overnight guy greeted us with a smile at midnight. The maid went above and beyond by chasing us down to the parking garage with a charging cord we left behind.
Breakfast would be our only complaint. There was a cruise ship group all lined up for breakfast at 630 when my husband went to workout. By 7:30 when I brought my teens down most everything was empty. The young person with an ear piece in and their dark hair pulled back was quit rude about refilling syrup and butter for the only thing left- waffles. Even slamming the door to the kitchen storage area as he went back out of sight.

This was the best place to stay on a recent short break im seattle. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. The hotel is close to shopping and sights. And there are some great restaurants and wholefoods within a 2 minute walk. Loved my stay. Housekeeper Aida was fabulous too. And, so warm and friendly

A gem! Tucked in the far end of the city by Seattle center but far enough away from downtown’s homeless, garbage, etc. The surrounding area is clean, safe and accessible to great eats all within walking distance. Definitely staying again anytime we have to come into the city for overnight or extended time. Breakfast was good but mostly re-heat packed breakfast sandwiches, egg bowls, overall good variety and extended hrs to 10:30am.

Room was fine but parking lot is a problem. All spaces sold ao had to park on the street. Glad it was only one night. Breakfast was ok lots of packaged foods.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The receptionists were very nice and extremely helpful. I forgot to ask for his name, but a middle-aged receptionist wearing glasses was very kind and always willing to help. I really appreciated his kindness—it made my stay here even more pleasant.
The building itself may look old, but everything was very very clean. The room, beddings, and towels all smelled clean, fresh, and pleasant, and so did the beddings and towels. The bathroom was also very clean with zero issues. Housekeeping was also professionally done without any issues.
The air conditioner was a bit loud, but you can control it, so it shouldn't be too big an issue.
The location is also great. It's within 10-15 minutes of walking distance from everywhere—Pike Place Market, Space Needle, etc. It is very close from whole foods, and there are cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood.
Overall, I definitely recommend this place!

The room was very nice and clean. Staff was very kind. I appreciated the gated parking garage, worth the affordable $19/day cost. This added peace of mind for our stay knowing our rental car was parked overnight in a gated garage. The breakfast was nice with easy ready made hard boiled eggs and I really liked the delicious waffle and syrup! This hotel is a convenient walk to the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, MoPop, and popular eateries! We were also in close driving distance to Pike Place and other popular Seattle sight seeing spots. I highly recommend this hotel!

The most unique thing from my stay was the staff. We came in early and David went above and beyond to help us get in to a room. Our room wasn't ready and he got us in a room so we didn't have to be carrying our luggage around. So is the owner or the boss reads this give this man a raise!!!! Thank you David....

We had an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an excellent budget hotel in the area. Pet friendly and parking and pet fees very reasonable and there is a dog park right across the street. We felt safe taking our dogs out at all hours of the night. Great variety of breakfast options, very friendly and helpful staff, on site parking and a view of the space needle from our suite. What more could we want?

The location to my surprise was right in the heart of downtown. You can see the needle from the front of the hotel. There is on site parking i think $21 a day. Public transportation right around the corner both ways. The hotel looks a little out dated when you go up. The room was spacious and had the largest balcony i ever seen and had. Bring your own snacks for later the vending machine once it's full it won't take your money🙄. Over all staff was fine, area was fine. There are alot of UNIQUE ppl who take the bus and there's a main ave that almost the whole length of it its a bunch of misfortunate people so be careful. There's plenty of food and shopping near by. Great location not far from the pier.

It was near to downtown of Seattle, but there were too many dogs in the hotel, and carpet were very dirty, Aldo the shower was clog and the water did not go through.

The only thing I disliked was how sheer the front curtains were. Our room looked straight into an Amazon office and the curtains were dang near see through and didn’t block the light from the building

There were so many dogs around here! I loved it. It was also walkable to many places and easily accessible by train and bus.

Not very satisfied for the two nights stay. The hotel was old, and the smell was not good. The breakfast was also not recommended.

This facility is located in the downtown Seattle area. The only compliant I would have is the noise. You can literally hear trash truck loading/unloading garbage bin at 2:00AM. It's in the downtown area. So sound control is always the issue. Other than that pretty happy with the stay.

One thing if you drive there’s an additional fee for parking, which I missed when making my reservation.

I liked the location of this property. It was easy to get tp by city bus from the bus/train station. There is a bit of street noise, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. I felt safe here and got to everywhere I wanted to go on foot and by bus. The breakfast is ood and there are lots of pptions.

Very friendly staff who were super helpful with local information. We got a pair of suites with excellent views. Affordable parking under the hotel. The location was perfect for walking to the Space Needle, downtown, and Capital Hill. Only negatives, the hotel is a little bit run down in places (but not uncomfortably so) and the breakfast was a bit chaotic, but bang for the buck is fantastic.

Property was in a great location and all staff were very helpful and polite. Never found parking garage, maybe better signage would help, but found a spot right by lobby entrance. Breakfast area was packed so we were unable to eat, but that wasn’t a make or break issue.
