There is Nothing to like about properly. Its not at all good to stay.

They are not facilitating anything. Also we had breakfast including with booking and they were asking us to clean the plate which very much ridiculous as customer experience. Also they gave us rooms in PG floor. Rooms were not cleaned at all also my kid was asking I will not go to bathroom as its very dirty , smelly and floor tiles were broken. No water bottle were included in room. Even while check-out we did had breakfast as it was included at the time of booking but they were ignoring to give as we need leave early.

1. This hotel is cockroach infested. The moment you turn off lights you can find a lot of cockroaches roaming around, the small cockroach type. I read the same in some other reviews, so it seems to be a hotel issue and not specific to any room. 2. The bathroom doesn't have an air outlet, neither a window nor an exhaust. As a result it's stale air all over unless you keep the room-window open for a while. 3. Bathroom: the taps leak. And such is the construction that foul smell come in through the wash basin outlet hole, although it has a net etc. 4. Overall very poorly managed hygiene. The moment you enter even the reception area, a foul smell hits you. I stayed here for 4 nights, I asked them the 1st 2 days back to back to spray hit in the bathroom, they didn't.

Breakfast was good and location also good

I went for my MRCP exam at Ayyapan Center. This was the closest to it. So location was very convenient. 4 nights stay with breakfast for 148$ is a steal.

Bathroom fittings were half broken. No iron, No hair dryer, no cutlery, no mini fridge, no safety box

breakfast no hotel gives if checkin time is afternoon 12 pm. during my stay there was incovenience as the electricity went off. entire hotel was on gen set.
