How was clean, nice, and roomy.

The grass was not maintained and very tall. The house was in an old neighborhood with a sketchy house next door that was all boxed up in the windows.

What breakfast?

Yard overgrown Floor dirty, under furniture Code furnished did not work, had to call property manager 3 times to get new code

The fire pit and the location.

Only thing we didn’t have, or couldn’t find, was a toaster!

Beautiful little house. Great location and close to the facility we were at for the sports event. For the little time we actually spent at the location we were comfortable. Host were really nice and accommodating for request.

A lot of space.

The house was very dirty. Within 30 mins of walking around in socks our socks were black. There were spiders and silverfish bugs. No toaster.

We had a lot of room, and we were in a great location. We enjoyed our stay, it was ready in a timely manner and the people we met cleaning were really nice!

There was a rotten banana peel under one of the beds, and the frame was bent, which is how we discovered the peel. There was a spill stain on the carpet and tains on the couch. One of the toothbrush holders was broken. None of this was an issue for us, however, worrisome because we didn't want to be accused of the issues. 68° may be a little cold for your guests in the winter. Check the lick, we couldn't get it to lock when we left.

Property was very large and rooms were comfortable

There should be better sitting area in living room. For as big as the house is a nice big sectional
