The staff was amazing

Impeccably clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, and great amenities.
I expected to have a mini safe, hot water jug in the room but did not see any. Breakfast needs a bit more variety in terms of the menu spread as I was here for 1 week and it was the same menu.

Pretty much everything. Staff was friendly. Everything was very clean. Rooms were big and very comfortable. Nice tv and a fridge with a freezer. It was a great hotel.
Only con was the price. We stayed for 5 nights. After taxes we were looking at over $200 per night. Pretty expensive hotel for a smaller town like Morristown.

The exterior was pretty
The bedpillows all had an unpleasant odor, the shower and sink water took over 4 minutes to heat up, the ceiling sprinklers were rusted, there was no juice in the juice machine at breakfast.

Someone was smoking weed in the room. You could smell very strong odor in the halls. Kids running & screaming all through the night.
