The landlord was terribly bad. He wouldn't give me back the 200RM deposit just because he assumed that I ate durien in the apartment which I swear to God I didn't!!!!! I took the two duriens inside the apartment while checking in. The receptionist saw it and told me I was not allowed to eat them inside. I then took them out and put them back in my car in the basement and ate one of them by the car in the basement. The other one was left in my car which I showed the staff that came to help me check out. Just because the receptionist saw me taking the duriens in doesn't mean the landlord can assume I ate them. What's worse is that the landlord wouldn't let me explain. He kept hanging me off. He just wanted to keep the deposit for no reason at all. The staff who came to help me check out told me that they strongly believed what I said but they could do nothing but listen to the landlord. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

Not good

There is no security on duty, we are awaiting quiet a long time. Bed sheets have strong smell,feel disgusting, There is a lot of rubbish in the corridorr. The water in the toilet does not circulate and there is a lot of hair stuck in it. The most terrible service.
