The convenience of being close to the beach
No iron as stated

Great ocean views. Close to airport.

It was in a good location. Couple minutes from airport, beachs, restaurants and nightlife. Rooms were spacious and clean. Owner greeted me and gave me information about the hotel on current/future renovations. Places to visit on island.
Room just needed a couple things to tighten up. Example is toilet dispenser loose and shower hand held was loose.
