ROOM SIZE

There is an acute shortage of staff and the existing staff is not up to the mark. Due to inadequate and inefficient staff, they are unable to leverage the benefits of a good room and thereby the occupation level is very less despite being a part of a Hotel chain. It is a catch 22- whether they will recruit adequate staff in anticipation of higher occupancy or will wait for higher occupancy to recruit quality staff. The former is desirable in as much as the reputation will not be spoiled.

Restaurant

Bath rooms , very less local language speaking staff , poor service

though the rooms were tidy , neat and comfortable , the dining experience was not good , we ordered 1 plate jeera rice and 1 plate daal rice , for which the restaurant took 45 mins to bring to our table. mind you there were hardly 3 tables occupied and it was just merely 7:30 pm. Also food was very expensive.

location is too far from city centre also insufficient staff. very new property so it was not seemed to be 100% operational.

Staff, hospitality and service is very good

Location is not in city centre, transportation is a huge problem. Hotel provided cabs cost is way too high

Room is good, wifi is ok

There are no sufficient staff for the hotel, no proper restaurant facilities. The reception is good. Nothing else is good.

Located worst

Gone through booking.com and stay is confirmed but once I reached to property the stupid staff said they don’t have any booking as my credit card details are invalid but still bookkng.com is holding it

Food tastes good

Location is too bad, please add 1 hr extra to travel from city to hotel. Roads are completely off road and no clear directions to Hotel. Cleanliness is very Bad, restrooms were not cleaned while providing rooms and didn’t clean even after complaining. Room service is also bad. If you are planning for a stay over here please think twice
