I was alone with my dog and did not feel safe. Strangers hanging around the property.

A basic hotel. Nothing extraordinary yet nothing I could say that was bad but I wish there was a refrigerator and microwave in our room.

The management is smart and fair, Very good people run and maintain this facility.

The hotels bathroom was really nasty sheets was not clean. There was people running up and down the hallway, slamming doors all night long, and there was a fire outback of the hotel and the fire department had to make us leave.

A deposit was required-not unusual. However the staff refused to give a receipt for the deposit or for room charges.

Dangerous for women, do not stay here. A persons short hair was all over my pillow, bedding was clearly not changed. Doors were flimsy and it’s the first time in a while I’ve felt scared to be somewhere. Had “missing persons” poster in the lobby so that’s the greeting you get when you walk in. Definitely felt like a place people could go missing from. Sketchy people outside all night laughing and talking and being loud. At a dead end street and felt dangerous.

The room was clean and efficient. Police showing up in middle of the night did not help sleep.

It was an overnight stay, I would say OK for the price.

It has definitely been an experience I've never had before. Right off the bat, it looks fine but taking a closer look a few minutes after trying to settle in from a 5 hour drive arriving at almost midnight super tired.. we quickly noticed the sheets were dirty along with half our towels, the fridge is something we anticipated using and we did not feel comfortable doing so given its condition. The shower appears dirty and very worn out. There's a beeping noise in the room every couple minutes that we can't turn off and kept us up at night. The random splatters on the doors and walls and blood on the side of the toilet did not give us good vibes. The cleanliness was definitely a concern to me. We only needed a room to sleep in as we were in town for the LTL festival and got a very good price since we booked awhile back, we decided to stick it out. Getting help from staff was very difficult and required many reminders and then they’d get or at least appear to be ignored. Literally at 10:55 staff was entering rooms and inspecting them for the required deposit back (checkout is at 11). Sketchy area but good distance for where we were traveling at. Pictures were sent to Travelocity/expedia and have been shared on Google reviews… by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. With the prices other hotels were going at around and limited capacity with all the events going on around the area… we had no choice but to stick it out.

Definitely a cheap hotel. Broken tv, holes in wall, shady characters around the property. No family friendly. M

Acces to the property is king of hiden, you gonna have to improve that cuz there is no clear way to get in the properly without having to drive around for a while.

I actually had cancelled this reservation bc I made a reservation at a cheaper Motel 6 however at 3:30 pm, this hotel charged my card, leaving me short of money, so I drove from Clarksville,IN to Louisville to stay there since I had cancelled the reservation but charged anyway. The tub broke and water continued to run. The lobby offered coffee at all for breakfast and our room smelled like someone peed in the corner. For $180 I was not happy with the stay at all. I did like Leonardo tho, the desk clerk was great!

I checked in and there was blood on one bed, an empty beer can under the other and when I asked to move rooms, there was used soap in the sink (I have picture proof of everything.) Unfortunately at that point I had no other choice to stay at and it was so late. It definitely made me feel unclean. There were water stains and dust on some things but it’s a motel and I expected not 5 stars, just hoped for better for sure. Also when I was reassigned a room I had to go back down as my key didn’t work. There are no elevators FYI and staff won’t help you carry your things even if you mess up. I was sad this day loll

They let those smokers, drug dealers and people that are up to no good hang around the property. It brings the place down. It's not a good look.

The place was filthy and unkept. The drywall on the ceiling was peeling off. The towels were either unwashed or stained with brown spots. There was a dirty used disposable razer left in the bath tub. There was hair everywhere in the bathtub and floor. I slept in my cloths and used my own pillow. The entry door was dented as though someone had tried to break in.

There was a lot of hair, and some bugs in the room, they didn't seem like they changed the sheets, and they absolutely didn't clean out the fridge. I was pretty fine overall, but my friend was freaking out the whole time. If you're a clean freak 100% give this a pass.

Avoid this roach motel.

Pay $20-30 more to get into a nicer hotel if you want a bed without stains on the sheets.

I called the front desk about our room not having a refrigerator and never heard back, so all our food went to waste.

This place is out gross. The sheets were used on the bed. Pillow cases dirty too. The bathroom was nasty nothing clean. There was stuff all over bathroom mirrors and doors!!! Crumbs all under microwave. I was in shock how nasty the room was. The refrigerator leaked a huge puddle all the way to night. Don't stay there worst money I have ever spent. They should of gave me $100 deposit!!!

I HAD TO PAY $100 DEPOSIT CASH ONLY!!! WHEN TIME TO CHECK OUT ((( THEY NEVER INSPECTED MY ROOM))) THEY COULD NOT FIND MY $100 ENVELOPE THEY PUT MY $100 IN IT TOOK THEM 45 MIN TO GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK ... THEY JUST KEPT LOOKING FOR MY $100 THEY CALLED IN THE LADY THAT TOOK IN MY $100... I MISLED MY APPOINTMENT PAD LOCK ON DOOR BROKEN VERY UN SAFE

Thw people next to me was so noisy amd loud all night n morning. Couldnt get much sleep.

Human waste in the bathroom walls. Bed skirt stained nearly black. Lock on door broke. Door did not seal. Room smelled Mike mildew.

The staff was ok. The hotel was not thoroughly cleaned. There was other peoples things left in our hotel room. We had 2 rooms and 1 of our rooms hadn’t been cleaned at all. The hotel had an awful smell. The bathroom had caked in dirt around the walls and bathtub. The location of the hotel felt unsafe. There was a lot of commotion when we 1st arrived. It was a warrant being served and someone being arrested! I would NOT recommend this hotel!
