room spaces ok , clean and good assistance
on first day apartment was not ready on stipulated checkin time

Great location. Very nice flat.
The beds in the second bedroom were children's beds and not comfortable.

The apartment we had booked had some drainage issues and work was in progress. Hence we were upgraded to a better 2 Bed and 2 bath apartment; The new apartment was 10 mins walk from the previously booked and was a real upgrade; the address was Flat 1, Easton House, Heritage walk, TW8 0RR, and the relationship with Sara was very good and flexible.
This review has not been updated to the new situation and i don't know if it will apply truly to the real apartment where we stayed.
