Staff and Buffet were excellent but the noise at the hotel was exhausting and the lack of new member promotional items w

The staff and Crab buffet were exceptional

The walls were thin and we could hear music from anoint rooms all night long. The alarm system went off and stayed on over an hour. We were worn out and could not sleep. I could have really used some ear plugs. It was exhausting and frustrating all night long. I went to the casino as it was my first time there got no promotional items or offers with new membership. The experience was disappointing and frustrating.

We had a great time in Black Hawk. Our hotel and all its amenities were fabulous!

From the moment we entered the Valet parking lot we received excellent service. Every staff member from the valet to the front desk staff, the restaurant and casino staff were all friendly, inviting and helpful in any way they could be. Our room was immaculate, food was delicious and the casino was clean and offered many choices of entertainment.

I can't think of a thing I didn't like or would change.
