The unit was spacious and clean and comfortable, however there was no milk, no sugar, no napkins and no spray to kill the spiders and flys in the unit, and there were spiders and flys. Just trying to get the keys out of their letterbox was extremely difficult. Also unbelievably there was no door on one of the bedrooms, it really was an alcove area???? which was strange.

The system of keys in a worn out tumble lock , in an unlit dark letterbox with dark grey writing on a black background, was extremely frustrating and archaic. The key box should be at the front door. I still do not know how the gates work. Thankfully someone let me in to gain access. There was NO milk, NO sugar, NO napkins and NO spray for spiders/flys. Spider in the master bedroom and spider in the ensuite toilet area. I would suggest a map of the complex showing the location of the unit and location of the garbage bins.

Loved the unit and the location. Very spacious, comfortable with almost everything we needed. Loved that there was cooking oil, tea, coffee and condiments as well as other kitchen extras not usually provided.

The 3rd bedroom didn't have a door which made it very awkward for the person in that room. Access was difficult as we couldnt get back in through the gate to the main road. Also none of our keys fitted the garbage room so we couldn't dispose of it properly. TGrehere were no garbage bags but there was a requirement to use bags for the bins.

We liked the location as it was close to the restaurants and shops.

The check in & accessing the unit and garage was an appalling process and the worst we’ve ever experienced. No instructions provided or guidance on how to get into the underground garage or where to find the keys & as we couldn’t find them we had to call property management who provided us a code for a letterbox at the front of the complex. Unfortunately however we discovered the key was in a lockbox inside the letterbox and we didn’t have the code to open it so had to make another call to management to get the lockbox code. The lockbox was at the back of the letterbox & difficult to see as it was dark inside. Needed to use torch on phone to see & enter lockbox code. This would be impossible if arriving in the dark and no access to a torch or light & especially if arriving after the property management was closed. Once we worked out how to get into the basement car park area after yet another call to management who couldn’t help us, none of the keys unlocked the garage belonging to the unit so we had to park in a visitor parking spot.
