The host was only a text away, answered your questions quickly, or found the answer quickly. Laundry soap/fabric softner was readily available. Place was clean, refrigerator had an ice maker, porch was enclosed with a locked door, and all TV's were set up with a roku.

Host was quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen is the best equipped rental I have stayed in with everything from spices, nice pots, pans, and utensils to storage containers, foil, and plastic wrap. Dual function coffee maker that uses pods or ground coffee.
