The house was clean and the kitchen was up to date with good appliances. Seating was comfortable and the wi-fi was excellent. The washer and dryer were large and easy to use. The location was close to the activities that brought us to Oro Valley.

The lock on the door was an coded lock and was mal-functioning. It took multiple tries to lock or unlock the door. When we left after trying for 20 minutes we were not able to lock the door. There were no working lights in one of the bedrooms. There were no working lights in the garage and this is where the washer and dryer were located. We needed a flash light to use the washer and dryer. On the 4th day (3rd night) of our stay the gas was shut off to the house due to non-payment of services so we had no hot water or heat. Upon coming back to house and finding the disconnect notice we immediately contacted Marabella Lanes and they reacted promptly. Marbella Lanes were exceptional in reacting to the problem. They contacted the owner who paid the arrears. Unfortunately the owner did not schedule to have the gas reconnected. Marbella Lanes did the best they could and had space heaters delivered by 8PM of the first night of no heat. When it was discovered that reconnection was not schedule Marbella Lanes staff contacted the gas company but was not able to get connection done until after the 5th night. We spent 2 nights with no heat or hot water. Marbella Lanes did the best they could under the circumstances they had minimum control of. There were also no garbage cans to put our trash or recycling in.
