I paid full amount in advance through OYO, But they refused booking and asked for anoyher payment. Very bad staff behaviour.

Dont book through booking.com, hotel peoples refused to give you rooms as per your bookings and will demand as per his current tarriffs. Hotel is outside from city, once you reached from cab/auto then you also confused. Very bad service by online bookings.

The owner should take bookings as advertised by Oyo app. Otherwise close the company.
