The house was beautiful, great location and Miss Tondria was just an amazing person! In spite of the sad reasons we were there, she made it a wonderful place to make some happy memories. Thank you so much, hun!!!

This was our 2nd time staying in this location. Primarily because of the location. Unfortunately we ran into some inconveniences that could happen to any home owners but it shouldn’t be on the guest expense. Not until I complained about it is when she gave us a refund. Some other things were missing like toilet paper for the upstairs bathroom, only ½ roll for 4 people, no hand soap, no hand towels and no bathroom rugs which made getting out of the shower very challenging and slippery. We were accused of staining a rug on the upstairs bedroom which later came off. The owner was slow in responding our calls or texts. We own a VRBO condo and we are always striving to make our guest have a pleasant stay. We were not unreasonable with what we were asking specially with the rate we were paying. This will be our last time staying here.

This is a great property for access within B’ham. Nice clean townhome with garage parking within Mountain Brook. My family stayed here for a wedding weekend and enjoyed it. Minutes from downtown, Mountain Brook, Vestavia Hills. I recommend this property if you need a house in B’ham.

This was a great property and everything was just as it was listed. The area is awesome and even though it is off a main road it was very quiet.

Wonderful location for quick access to downtown as well as Mountain Brook, Homewood and English Village. Very clean, quiet and spacious. The owner is friendly, attentive and answers questions quickly. Wi-Fi works well and, if it is hot, the AC functions very well!
The driveway is steep but manageable. Make sure to pick up some shampoo/conditioner and laundry detergent as these things are not provided. The master does not have a closet to hang clothes but there is a good sized dresser instead. Also, there is a hook on the back of the master door that is suitable for hanging a few items if you have a suit or dresses that need it.

We had a great time staying here but it wasn’t with out faults. We noticed the upstairs bathroom had no linens, found them still damp in the dryer. Found hair in the bed in one room. Then my lack of cooking skills set off the smoke alarm and woke the whole house of girls. Hot pan and cold butter with pancake batter will create some smoke and you will get a visit from the Birmingham fire department. Felt bad leaving a house in 95+ degrees heat with the thermostat switched off but followed the check out instructions. Located on a very busy street but never had a problem crossing to the overflow parking. Would stay here again if I needed a place with lots of beds for several individuals. But next time I’ll just go to the restaurants a couple of miles away from this locations instead of cooking. :)

The home was clean, comfortable and spacious. Beautifully decorated with little touches to make it homey. We even got snacks! It was a perfect location for everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend!
