Beautiful place, nice hosts, pet friendly. Kitchen is well equipped.

You can hear someone talking behind the wall just like if this person was in your own room. Besides, washing machine in the neighbouring room was quite noisy at 11PM. Internet connection does not allow to watch videos or movies in a stable way.

Super 👌 stay in Andorra .

It was a nice stay for 2 nights with 2 kids. Rooms are nice and clean ,all facilities are perfect.and a bit out of my expectations.(dishes washing and washing machines with products are included ) Balcony mountain view is incredible beautiful, spa and gym and small playground is bonus! Distance to main shopping town take about 30mins. Around hotel can easily find bars,resto,supermarket just opposite .super convenient! Staff service is perfect. I love this stay .strongly recommended stay.

The insulation of wall is ok only.still can heard the next door noise in the living hall,but in the bedrooms are abit distance from living,so is not a big deal!

Great location, close to hiking paths, grocery shop. Beautiful view and close to lots of local attractions. Very well equipped kitchen, laundry machine and all you could think of. Fantastic place!

No receptionist on-site, no human touch at all When opening the sofa bed, the bed sheets were very dirty, with black hairs on it. The cleaning staff must have forgotten it, room -101

Amazing stay! Very beautiful location, clean and gorgeous room

The room itself was amazing! The location is perfect!

There are 2 public spas which was great for us as we went in Summer and not many people were there but I would imagine it would be very busy in the winter!

Clean, large mountain view apartments, ideal in low season for self-sustained travels.

Off season. We had the whole hotel almost entirely to ourselves. Kitchen has all necessary appliances. Clean rooms. Large apartment. Free sauna and gym. Nice mountain view.

The sauna could need a little tlc - it was clean but had a bit of a used/aged feel to it.

really like the overall place, amazing view and relaxing Spa. I really love that there were bowls for the dog, I travel a lot with it and it was the first time I found them in an hotel, very nice touch! the apartment is fully equipped of everything!

nice apartments but poor location.

nice comfortable apartments

really poor location for skiing. there is a local bus service but it is horrendous - erratic times on one occasion we waited 40 minutes for the bus it was full and couldn’t take us the next bus arrived 52 minutes are that. taxis are nearly impossible to get we did get one on the Friday night - 30 euro for the supposed 2 km journey. had to walk home from town one of the night not to be recommended it’s a dangerous road without footpaths. yes these are nice apartments but definitely recommend you find something in soldeu. the owners do provide something of a transfer service to take you to and from the slopes but at their timetable - when we asked to book all the early to the slopes and late returns were already booked.

Great service, clean and spacious.

People were very friendly. Lady at the reception helped us greatly when our son turned ill. She called the ER ahead and arranged for the transfer driver to drive me to the ER, wait for us there and bring us to the pharmacy and back to the apartment. This was highly appreciated.

More ventilation possibilities were needed for us and the temperature in the apartment was a bit too high.

All the staff were fantastic, particularly Mariana and Maria.

The outdoor jacuzzi was not working. Parking spaces are limited and extremely small, making it impossible to park medium or large cars.
