The breakfast was delicious in a homy setting. The bathroom was spotlessly clean.. Dinner was fantastic. All staffs were super friendly.

Close to the main highway. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is quite large, so you can walk and enjoy. Also, the dinner was great!

I especially liked the location and the quietness of the proprety. The staff is very friendly and they serve very good food. They have a very nice swimming pool and a nice view. We rented e-bikes and had a very nice trip with them to Chiancano and Sarteano.

Beautiful area, nice pool, tennis court, very tasty dinners (better than any restaurant in the area) and not too many people.
there were families with kids who let them run around, keep jumping in the pool and screaming which made the chilling at the pool very difficult

Beautiful place - the house, room, surroundings and the pool area! Great breakfast and very nice staff, helpful and gave us a private tour around the vinery even though we hadn’t booked it in advanced.
The bed was a bit hard.

Great property with great people. You feel like family. Food, wine, pool, tennis - all really great. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Everything! The property is wonderful, the owners so kind. They help us to find a restaurant because a lot were closed or fully booked because of covid.
