clean and tidy
location too far from surfers, needed more pillows for beds, no milk for coffees, smoke alarm broken and dangling from ceiling

I got an email to say they rejected my time of book in, I called the property and they said the booking was cancelled, on the day of the stay mind you, then proceeded to tell me I needed the cancel the booking through booking.com even though when I booked it, it was stated if I cancelled it was NON REFUNDABLE.
They confirmed the booking, and still haven’t lodged it with booking.com to say that they in fact CANCELLED my booking.
Absolute SCAM!
SCAM cancel my booking so I can get my MONEY BACK!!!
