Location and quality of property

beautiful inside and out. Fabulous views. Good swimmers pool. quiet with birds, iguanas and other life all around. Really lovely stay.

Very nice apartment with enjoyable sea and pool view, perfect for family vacation. There was one bathroom with toilet and shower, plus a bathroom with just a shower and another with just a toilet. Communication via WhatsApp fast and easy. We would book it again if we come back.

Bedroom window has on left and right side of the glas part, a part with just moving wood panels to get air from outside into the room, but they don't close completly. That's why it was loud in the morning from the street and parking in front of the bedroom.

Location, decor and service.

Access to the top floor rooms is challenging if you have multiple or typical (not a backpack type) luggage.

Wonderful views and great staff

The apartment was great with lots of pans and utensils for cooking. Air conditioning on each room for personal temperature control. Multiple summing pools and secure parking. We had a lovely patio with a great view of Spanish Waters to to dine al fresco. It really was great.

Not that it was a huge deal, but power isn’t included in the booking but we didn’t find out until after our non-refundable booking was confirmed. Power is 0.40€/kWh

I liked the personal contact we had upfront by WhatsApp. The hosts were easy to contact and helped us with all questions: where to rent a car, how the small electronics worked in the apartment, etc. Even the restaurants they mentioned were good.

in one of the rooms, that we didn't have to use, were a lot of woodworms. Even the beds in this room were dirty with wood dust. Also the electricity-bill was higher then expected, eventhough we hardly used the AC.
