Air conditioning and fuse kept breaking off

As soon as I checked out I got a call and was accused by Ashweenee that I have stolen a dream catcher!!! What a lie! I was out if myself that they accused me of something I have not done!!! This was a bad expérience!!!

The key was ready for us. We traveled 18 hours to reach this destination. So the property manager had trouble contacting us immediately prior to our arrival. But she kept everything in order. There were a number of people at the property who helped us locate the villa and the property manager arrived promptly to walk us through the process. She was a good communicator, welcoming, and a good host.

I have been to resorts all over the world. Every place has its own style. There was nothing wrong. But if you want to turn up a notch, you can consider adding a spa certificate (went to a nearby resort spa quite a few times). Perhaps you can 'showcase' La Plage Club (maybe add a complimentary physical certificate, which 'residents' of this resort already get) to make residents feel 'special'. That said, the property manager does a fine job. I think if she has a bit more 'rewards' in her account, she can make guests feel more welcome and it will further uplift resort rating.

unfortunately the pool was super dirty and i didn’t know that they will take 20000 MUR as a deposit up until the day of my stay. furthermore, they charged me an extra one night stay mistakenly and now it’s been about 2 months and I didn’t receive my refund

The swimming pool was the best thing
