Quiet location. Decent sized, clean room plus separate (but narrow) kitchenette.

Difficult to find on first night, gps location on booking.com was not correct. View from balcony of water was not as good as expected (obscured by large tree). No staff on site, access to the room took a long while due to remote instructions. Electronic keypad did not work for the duration of my stay, fortunately was able to use physical key from lockbox. Some communications problems with host/staff. The accommodation requires cash payment which was not properly communicated at time of booking. Uncomfortable number of dogs roam on the property and sleep near the entrance to the guest rooms. One dog in particular seemed a bit aggressive on my arrival but I was able to push it away with my carry on bag… that dog didn’t bother me again after that.

Great villa, very spacious and clean, all facilities fully functional and In great condition. Patricia was extremely kind and helped me get to the villa when the local taxi could not find the right location.
