We stayed here on a week-long work trip. It was beyond our expectations! Immaculately clean and absolutely gorgeous. So much space for work colleagues to stretch out. Beautiful and QUIET neighborhood + the comfy beds made it difficult to get out of bed in the morning. We didn't take advantage of all this home had to offer, but we'd love to do it again! Sadly, the pool and hot tub aren't heated, so we couldn't get in but the lovely fountains made for a relaxing place to end the evening. HIGHLY recommend. Prompt, professional interactions with management team offered reassurance along the way. Wonderful experience!!!

We loved the home, decor and location. It worked out perfectly for our family stay. We enjoyed pool time and the game rooms. We had a huge frog join us for a swim which was a lot of fun and excitement! A few things we would add are a regular coffee pot instead of keurig, instructions to operate pool pumps and lights and possibly a book of places to shop for groceries or look for restaurants near by.

The place was perfect for my 3 active boys! House is very well done on the inside and the pool is awesome. Beds were extremely comfortable, owner communicated wonderfully, showers drained just fine (which is a common issue in rentals), plenty of towels/linens, and all the kitchen equipment needed for homecooked meals. If you're considering this place, it will not disappoint!

Great property with great communication from the host. We had a couple issues while staying at the property and communicated to the host who quickly and efficiently helped clear them up. Would highly recommend this property for a local stay in Keller.

From very beginning when trying to book I felt property mgt company was little pushy in asking all the details on who and why we were staying. I find it odd that when listing indicate 10+ guests but then try to limit the number of cars. I provided information in advance that we would need room for 4-5 cars. The checkin details I received on arrival stated only 2 cars but there was plenty of room for 4-5 as I had requested. Upon arrival I was also surprised to find that the 4th bedroom and 3rd full bathroom was in an apartment above the garage. This was not convenient for our group which made it uncomfortable to split everyone up. This was not indicated as such in the listing and had I known I would not have booked this house. In addition, from day one the ac in the garage apt was not working. Texas summers are too hot to not have good AC. We received a quick response however the AC could not keep up with the heat and stayed hot during day and didn’t cool off until after 8pm in evening. Overall house is nice but I would only book again if not needing the 4th bedroom and just stay in main house. One plus was great pool and game room in the garage that our kids enjoyed.

First, I will say the house is beautiful - the pictures show it well and it is a delightful home. However, leading up to, getting into the house and the communication with owner was frustrating. I needed to change our retreat location last minute about two weeks before. So, in the the booking request I shared about us being a group of doulas getting together to relax abs enjoy a murder mystery dinner. You would have thought I said to throw a raging party. Eventually during the back and forth, I said that I sensed the hesitation and needed to know whether I should move on. They approved the stay, but asked for no loud sound after 9 (which was not anything I worried about) and only 4-5 cars in the driveway. In an effort to help reduce the number of cars, I requested early check in, kept a look out on the calendar for any other bookings, and really even just 2pm would have made a huge difference but their message was check back in 2 hours. Until it was 4pm. They provided a link with information for the stay and departure requests. On this, it noted only two cars in the drive way. Which for a house that sleeps 12 people, is so unlikely. Code to access house didn't work. Hot tub did not work. And daily reminds to be quiet after 9. So, great house but beware of feeling very controlled in your stay.
