Very cozy and clean. Lots of toys for kids and everything you need for the beach!
The location isn’t GREAT if you want to walk anywhere. It’s an 8-10 min drive to the beach and stores. Great spot if you’re booking a snorkel tour or island trip.

Very nice, well appointed space. Plenty of room, while feeling very cozy too. Della and Mark have a very nice rental that is well appointed. Check in was easy. Location was perfect, with easy access to beaches, marinas and great dining establishments! I would recommend this rental and absolutely make it my preference for the next visit to Fajardo.

Great place to stay, awesome location lots of great restaurants to dine at within a few minutes. Fantastic views of the harbor area, a few negatives, we had an issue with the master bedroom shade that had fallen off of reel which made it hard to sleep in because the sun coming through, we closed the storm shutters which helped a lot , bathrooms and kitchen area weren’t cleaned super well as I’d expected but they were okay, the owner was very responsive and tried to fix things promptly but care taker in charge was not fulfilling duties and unresponsive so things were not able to be corrected during our stay. Overall good experience.

Over all great safe place to stay. Con property is very strict , upon check in they wanted our family to wear bracelets to identify that we were guest. Not sure how i feel about others knowing im on vacation also the bracelets gave me and my family rashes.

Beautiful relaxing gorgeous location, apartment is huge and just perfect. Loved the amenities. Security is a bit of a pain but manageable. Hosts were great.

This was the first time we have been to PR and we really did a lot in the week that we were there. The owners have wonderful recommendations and we tried many of the restaurants, excursions and beaches they recommended. When staying in PR at a rental property it is essential to have a rental car. We really enjoyed our stay!

When we arrived in the apartment, we found 3 cockroaches. We also found that there were only 2 drinking glasses. We called the owner and they brought glasses and insect repellent.

This comfortable condo had great views of Palomino, Vieques y Culebra. Right next to Villa Marina, the location is perfect to explore all the Fajardo area has to offer. It could use more dishes,glasses and cups to accommodate eight people. We had a wonderful family stay and would rent again!

You can’t find a better location in PR. Perfect for daily trips to Seven Seas beach, catching the ferry to Culebra (be sure to make reservations before your start date), and hikes in El Yunque.

The only "con" is that I was never given a code to enter and no one met us when we arrived. A neighbor finally came out and called someone who gave us a code. I'm sure just an oversight. The condo does need a refresh as far as paint and minor stuff but was very comfortable for my family of four. We loved our stay. The property manager and owner respond quickly to questions and are very helpful. Felt very safe and the little things like the switch on the water heater and sometimes the length of time it took at the guard gate were not a big deal. We had plenty of hot water once we hit the switch! We had teenagers, but if a younger family wanted to stay I would suggest getting the pool rules in advance. There are very strict rules on pool toys and any kind of “loud” play at the pool. We signed the rules contract many months in advance so I didn’t look too closely at each specific policy. Other then that the condo and grounds were very well kept.

Condo is great! Easy access to many restaurants and beaches. Everything we needed for a 5 week stay. The view from the balcony was fantastic and we watched the sunrise every morning. All in all, highly recommend.

This property was in a very good location and very clean. We were close to the ferries and many activities. Its is close to Seven Seas which is a beautiful beach , the rain forest, and the ferries to go to Culebra. We had a small issue with security but Willie was able to help us which was great. We even extended our stay 2 days because we loved the area and property somuch. I would definitely stay here again. the Fahardo area is a great area for families with children with many activities to do with them and even the pool are amazing at the property.

The property was as expected. We enjoyed our stay except for the not hot water; I had to reset the temp overload everytime we used the not hot water. But who really uses hot water in PR!

This place had so much potential. The location is PERFECT. You can tell it is not professionally cleaned. Master bathroom is so disgusting. If you’re a clean freak- find another condo in this development. The development is Fabulous, This unit was very moist - could benefit from humidifiers
Very tiny washer and dryer- it was hard to wash the blankets and we had to wash everything before laying on anything. The couches- everything smelled like mildew - but the scenery was nice. Patio was nice. Patio furniture just eh. No seasonings- be prepared to buy everything. Including TP. Just find another one but FARJADO is the place to be
