Good condition, close to Canberra Central and all the facilities, restaurants, pubs etc and the casino.

The units carpet is a bit past its use by date. I understand that a lot of people use this room but either the quality isn’t good enough or it is too low a rated carpet for the traffic load. It is stretched and uneven on the floor in certain places. It would not be difficult to trip on the waves of carpet. If someone struck their head as a result this would be a tragedy. The rug at the door is very thick and uneven. Too many tassels and it’s too easy to fold up under foot. It is very easy to trip on this floor covering also, a thinner less bulky mat would be far safer. The PowerPoint in the kitchen at the RH side of the hotplates mounted on the bench splashback where the toaster is located, is very very dangerous. It is not properly fixed to the wall. Only 1 screw is holding it on. Unplugging a device causes it to pull away from the wall. And the switch mechanism is cracked. If it breaks apart someone will definitely come into contact with the live 240 volts and receive a shock that could be fatal if they have heart issues even though there is an RCD (safety switch) fitted. These are only a backup device not the primary means to avoid an electric shock.

Great location, a short walk to everything in the CBD. Very well provisioned. Vert quiet, we didn't hear anyone outside the apartment.

There was nothing we didn't like

Its proximity to the shops and where the function we travelled for was. We loved Glebe Park and environs.

The towels in our room were dirty, one actually smelled very bad. The hosts were very prompt at getting someone to replace them and he also got us some clothes for dish washing and wiping the benches. The apartment was mostly clean but vacuuming was not thorough, there was food and dirt along the front of the tv cabinet. My daughter and son in law found the bed in the smaller room too soft. All I. All we enjoyed our stay but for minor inconveniences that were rectified promptly. Would stay there again.

The property was in the most central location! Walking distance (100m) from Canberra centre, across the road from Glebe park, it was ideal for us.

The carpet needs a good clean as there are stains and there were no instructions on where or how to get to the pool.

So great to take our little dog on holiday with us. Comfortable beds and fantastic location. Tess and Aaron made check in easy and kids loved the pool.

Nothing not to like.

The location for us was perfect - the vehicle parking was perfect also. The building is very quiet and the pool area was a hit.

Fabulous location and the hosts were magnificant. Would absolutely recommend staying there and is perfect for a family. The fact that we could bring our little dog was amazing. Great kitchen facilities too.
