The location is great. The food is good.
The property is poorly maintained. Needs a thorough renovation. The cleaning is not good. Towels haven’t been replaced for a long time.

Breakfast and location both
After 10 pm even tea was not available from kitchen. Food is not available, i understand. But atleast small things available hona chahiye.

the breakfast was great , staff were really nice and helpful . They were really kind.
the bedsheets and towels were really too old to be honest. They white bedsheets is not white anymore. Greyish and old.

View of Himalayas were excellent. Food in kitchen was decent. Staff was excellent.
Curtains were dirty. Faucet in toilet would have been nice.

Location
The staff were unfriendly and they didn't give a response to our words and queries. And during the checkout, the reception team was made us fool and cheated and got more money in the name of tax. It was a very bad experience in this hotel. They are fully money minded and I never suggest anyone to this property until they refund my amount.

The view from the room was amazing! The bed was cozy and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great!
The furniture is a bit old. Not enough hot water for 2 people to have shower.

Everything was good in breakfast. Location is very Central. Outside breakfast area has nice sun and lovely flowers. Response of staff was very fast and to the point
