A perfect stay we had while we were in Agra to see Taj Mahal. We enjoyed our stay, The breakfast was also good and the staff was helpful. I would prefer this hotel for tourists.

The property was gross, there was poo inside my room, I was disgusted, it clearly had not been cleaned. The water was cold so I could not even use the bath, the plugs would switch off in my room only, even though they would work in the reception area.

Poo inside my room, bedsheets and sheets were stained and sticky, wardrobes smelt like Damp and rust, bathroom had rusty taps and mould, webs all over ceiling and insects. Staff was rude and argumentative. I’m convinced there was cameras watching me too.

Excellent WiFi and hot tea and toast in the morning. Located between Agra Fort railway station and Agra Cantt railway station with easy access for transport to the Red Fort and Taj Mahal.

Good hotel and good staff,food was good especially Fish pakoda and fish curry. Rate is little bit high compared to facilities. But yet our stay with family was comfortable. Staff arranged whatever we demanded. Staff was polite and humble. Got tea and coffee with with electric maker. Agra fort and Taj Mahal is just 4 to 5 kms and auto takes only Rs.100 to reach. Overall it was more than good

The service was very good and extremely helpful, they went out of their me to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Also the food that is served is very good and tasty. I can definitely recommend the stay here because the experience you‘ll have will be rather original than touristic

Overall the room looks nice. On of the staff member was very understanding and could sort some of my issues out since he was the only one who spoke good english. Walking distance to Agra fort and Agra fort railway station.

No hot water late in the evening. When asked, one of the staff member told me I had to wait in the morning. Problem with A/C. Most of the staff doesn’t speak english so this led to many misunderstandings. The staff also doesn’t seem to be trained to the basics of hospitality, one of them literally entered my room without permission just to ask me to come to pay for the laundry. Found a cockroach in the room.

My mindset changed because of the manager

Their manager Ajay is a fraud, never ever try to book a cab through them whether outstation or local, he only shares only half information and customers have to struggle with the cab drivers, while these mediator take the biggest piece of cake, when you try to contact them they will switch off their phone numbers (+918700728630, +919368658317). I had to argue with the cab driver at 1AM in a different city just because they didn't share the right information with him. Moreover, I was travelling with foreign guests, even they had to suffer because of this. I had high hopes but all went in vain at last. Pathetic, really pathetic! cannot tolerate the dishonesty that defames my country due to such greedy people. Won't recommend anyone (foreign and domestic). The hotel requested for feedback, the best will be to change your manager else it won't continue. Moreover, please look into the matter, I paid extra (INR 5000) than usual fare just for the sake of comfort for the foreign travellers, on the contrary they had to suffrer. If Mayda hospitality provides such service, jusy shut the hotel. I really want a refund for the terrible cab service and I had to pay extra to the driver as he was not ready to drop me at the point because the manager didn't inform him while booking. Over and above the expensive ride, I want my refund for that extra pay too.
