Very clean rooms that get housekeeping every day if you don't put on the don't disturb sign. A very well-situated hotel that is near pretty much everything in Ponta Delgada. Extremely kind staff that can help you out with everything!

The rooms might need a bit of renovating but they do the trick! A little bit cramped in the bathroom as well as it is a small one. Was a bit surprised of how the staff moved around my private stuff like clothes, computer, etc. to tidy up the room as well.

The price was decent. Breakfast was average.

There was no parking on site. There was a free lot about a 5 minute walk away, however during the day it was very busy and nearly impossible to get a spot. The evenings there was no issue getting a spot. Walls were very thin, so could hear noise and other guests very easily.

I normally stay there when i travel to Sao Miguel, the renovations were very good. The location is perfect, good breakfasts. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks

Very helpful staff that gave us local recommendations and also allowed us to use the one free parking spot in front of the hotel. You would otherwise have to pay for parking if you would park in a garage or on the street elsewhere. Breakfast was nice to have before our morning flight.

The room was tiny and very poorly ventilated due to having a window to a small, inner courtyard. It did not match the pictures shown on booking.com There was mould on the walls which is likely caused by poor ventilation. This reflects reviews by other guests - they must have had the same room as I did! Due to the mattress being very hard, I did not have a good night's sleep.

Small location but was perfect for my wife and I who didn’t spend much time in the room. Staff was very friendly and informative, and the whole facility was very clean

Very clean

Very lengthy checkin, and we had just been on overnight flight and anxious to sleep--we only had 4 or 5 hours there. Walls paper thin, heard EVERYTHING.

Very good location and nice and cozy room.

Breakfast was rather modest. Especially the choice of fruits and hams. They used water melon in fruit salad, which was not good, it was too ripe, rather spoiled already.

Location is perfect in the center of Ponta Delgada. Staff is friendly and available 24/24. Room is small but clean and convenient. I did not have the occasion to test the breakfast as my taxi was there at 6 AM.

The bed was very small for a couple and “bouncy”. We could not open the window at night as it was very noisy + the walls are very thin.

I paid 130 euros for 2 nights to stay. The room was very small, the window opened to the inner side of the building. The bathroom had a tiny balcony when you stoof there it smelled like poop because the other people bathrooms were there also. The bed killed my back it was so uncomfortable i woke up after 4 hours of sleeping and couldnt rest anymore because the bed is just very bad. After this night i was looking forward to have a breakfast what was so low quality. The coffee is horrible i wouldnt give it to my dog. I checked out and paid for an other hotel because i couldnt stay how bad is this place.
