Hotel name was different from online Service was very bad , room were not clean included washroom . We told them to clean it but unfortunately they denied

They provide room after wating for 1:30 approx After that they don't provide clean room and staff behavior was very rude . We call hotel in advance to inform them but unfortunately we don't received room on time. From next i will not make any booking through online . I will visit hotel and book there. From now i don't believe in you're service. I have complained on that time also. But as usual now action taken against hotel . Very bad experience

Friendly staff

Tried to raise the price to double than what was stated on booking.com. Felt like a scam. Advise others to stay elsewhere. Namaste
